They have to make good wooden boxes and send them to Hamburg 6 weeks before Championships.They also have to prepare invoices and packing list for each item. After Championships the boxes will return back to Hamburg.All goods must be in Moscow 4 weeks before EBC. Not allowed to pack any flam materials,foods etc.. Teams who need this service should contact Mr. Antipov immideatly, latest at the 30th of March. Antipov@fenix.ru Visa / Passport / Insurance To get a Visa for Russia please ask at the Russian embassy in your country or the embassy in Russia.
