ROCK BOTTOM HANDCRAFTED ALES & LAGERS In the late 80s and early 90s, there was a popular slogan by a large insurance company: Get a Piece of the Rock. One brewer and one entrepreneur got together to open one of the nation s first brewery restaurants at the bottom of the insurance building the year was 1991 the place was Denver, CO and so it began, the birth of Rock Bottom. For almost 25 years, we have been pioneering the craft beer revolution! Our brewers have been awarded over 200 national awards for their unique brewing styles.
