Natural cooked, natural taste and natural appearance The unique cooking equipment from Formcook is suitable for natural cooking. You can brown, steam or cook a wide range of products giving them the natural appearance consumers are looking for. Our system enables you to make a product that not only taste good but also has the look of a high quality product, just like cooking at home. Minced meat products are easily produced with excellent result. Just choose a recipe on the touch panel and the cooker sets itself up for the chosen product. Fast product change Reduce down-time by altering pre-programmed recipes, parameters and products in a minute.

Formcook s line Wiking 6 The Wiking 6 is a Forming machine designed to be a stabile fully mechanical machine. The former is working with low pressure and thereby making it possible to form products and preserve the natural texture. The change from one product to another is done very easily and fast. For us it is important to have a forming machine that can match the flexibility of the cooking equipment in the line. Together with the forming machine we always deliver a small conveyor and a wash trolley. For meatballs there is a rolling device as an option available for the forming machine. It is Simply a forming machine that runs, is easy to handle and where you can make fast product changes. Contact Cooker The most effective method of transferring heat to a product is double sided heating through conduction. The products are placed between the two cooking belts which have contact with the heating platens. The energy is transferred from the heating platens through the cooking belts into the product. Including continuously belt cleaning system. Combi Cooker We combine convection and conduction cooking in our Patented Combi oven! Each cooking zone can be individually controlled, giving the customer unlimited ways of setting. Heating platens give contact cooking on bottom. Steam gives puffiness to the product, juiciness and higher yield. Hot air up to 280ºC with velocity browning the surface of the product and transfer heat. As an option the combi oven can be delivered with a Flipping device that flips the product to give it contact cooking on both sides. This will help some products to get a better color as the contact cooking simply does this so much better. The combi has a built in continuous belt cleaning system so you are always producing on a clean belt. Products will get a nice homemade appearance! The combi oven is the most flexible machine for cooking. The Contact Cooker sears the product surface and coagulate resulting in increased yield and fast cooking
