It is in full operation since early Jan 2011.With under 30 staff, the plant is running on a 8-hour shift to handle 15 tonnes of meat per day. LOGISTICS We have 2 x 3mt and 1 x 5mt Refrigerated Trucks to service the Klang Valley. Our trucks are equipped with Temperature Logger with Printer. This system helps to ensure controlled temperature changes throughout the delivery hours. In addition, it gives a point-topoint print out of the temperature at the point of delivery. Gourmet Partner (M) Sdn Bhd, takes pride in such a cold chain management control. This forms the integral part of the company s focus on Food Safety Management.
