The wide variety of soils and climate types combine to produce beautifully-balanced, high-quality, elegant wines. VINIFICATION Grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to protect their flavours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures then coaxes out a secondary range of flavours; the resulting wines are fresh and delightful. A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKER Our intention is to highlight this grape s best attributes, combining a fresh, vibrant style with floral, fruity flavours. The wine is elegant and well-balanced. TASTING NOTES Appearance: Pale yellow. Nose: An elegant bouquet with floral notes of lime-blossom and jasmine together with citrus flavours (grapefruit and lemon). Palate: Vibrant and lively, with a subtle mellow edge. Food pairings: Serve as an aperitif or with seafood. A Group Promotions Company.
