THE VENUE Inspired by the rooftops of Istanbul, the sophisticated Eleven Rooftop bar is a haven from the rushed city life and home to Brisbane s most iconic view. The venue boasts a relaxed lunchtime and afternoon vibe, that turns into a lively dinner restaurant and nightclub when the sun sets. From corporate cocktail parties to intimate dinners, Eleven is the perfect establishment to make an impression and leave a lasting memory. LOCATION Located on the eleventh floor of 757 Ann St. Fortitude Valley. Enter through the foyer and take the lift to level 11. Only 200m from the closest bus stop + 500m from Fortitude Valley train station. Secure parking is available nearby; Valley Metro parking at 230 Brunswick St. McWhirters parking on the corner of Warner and Ballow St. 388 Brunswick St. parking
BOOTHS Choose from one of our four booths located on the edge of our rooftop the best spot for a unique lunch or dinner and premium bottle service later in the night. Min spend: $1500 (price will vary for Christmas period) Capacity: up to 16 seated ASAHI BAR Casual cocktail parties, look no further than our Asahi bar. Great for intimate birthdays, casual after work drinks and small corporate cocktails. Located to the right as you first walk in. Min spend: available on request Capacity: 30 cocktail
COURTYARD For larger soirees, see our Courtyard area perfect for engagement parties, birthdays, and corporate functions. Located on the right of the venue over-looking Fortitude Valley. Min spend: available on request Capacity: 80 cocktail Combine with the Asahi Bar to increase the capacity. TERMS + CONDITIONS By confirming a function at Eleven Rooftop Bar you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. MINIMUM SPEND To book a function at Eleven Rooftop Bar a prepaid minimum spend, as advised by the Functions Manager, must be met. If this is not met at the conclusion of your function, a venue hire fee will be charged to make up the difference. All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Tentative bookings will be held for 5 days. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT To confirm a function at Eleven Rooftop Bar, clients must fill out the function confirmation form and pay a deposit of 20% of the minimum spend or $300 (whichever is higher). The full minimum spend must be paid two weeks prior to your event unless alternate options are approved by the Functions Manager. Payment can be made in cash, via credit card, or direct deposit. Cheques will not be accepted. A credit card is required upon confirming your function even if you pay the deposit with cash or direct deposit. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are to be made in writing to the Functions Manager. The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs two weeks prior to the function date, however no refunds of deposits will be given for functions booked for November or December. Eleven Rooftop Bar reserves the right to move/cancel any function booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, necessary repairs, etc. FOOD AND BEVERAGES All selections for food and beverages, including final numbers, must be confirmed TWO WEEKS prior to your event. If not confirmed by this time, your selection may be limited. All food and beverages are subject to availability. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL In accordance with the Liquor Act, Eleven Rooftop Bar practices the responsible service of alcohol and will refuse and eject any patron deemed to be intoxicated or displaying unruly behaviour by the staff and/or security. No refunds will be given if a guest of the function is removed. All guests 18 years of age or older must hold a valid form of identification. DRESS CODE Smart casual attire is required at all times for admittance into Eleven Rooftop Bar. Face and neck tattoos, high visibility wear, and thongs are not permitted. Admittance into the venue will be up to the door hosts discretion. It is the responsibility of the function host to inform their guests of the dress code. Full dress code policiy is available on the website or on request. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT As Eleven Rooftop Bar is an open venue, guests are not permitted to bring their own music or other audio entertainment, on the weekends, all music and entertainment will be supplied by the venue to cater to all functions as well as the public. DECORATIONS AND BYO Guests are not permitted to bring their own decorations unless approved with the Functions Manager prior to your function. There are to be no sex paraphernalia, sahes, tiara s etc. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue however celebration cakes can be brought in with notice and free cakeage will be provided to bona fide functions. MINORS Eleven Rooftop Bar discourages the attendance of minors in a function. All minors must be approved by the Function Manager before your function, and may only stay until 8pm. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present themselves to a Manger on arrival to be signed off. A wristband identifying them as minors must be worn at all times. CELEBRATIONS As a venue policy, we do not accept Hens or Bucks parties, Mad Monday s, 18th and 21st birthdays. All functions are limited to four hours maximum unless approved otherwise. LOSS OR DAMAGES Eleven Rooftop Bar does not accept any responsibility for loss of or damaged property. All property is to be removed at the conclusion of your function. Clients will be held financially responsible for any loss and damages caused to the venue by function guests.
