Dear Guest, Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do here at The Savoy, connecting the past, present and future of this celebrated hotel. Since the Beaufort Bar opened in 2010, great cocktails have been created here, the most lavish of parties have taken place, and yet more legends have been born. One of the things we love most about talking to our guests is discovering their own stories about The Savoy. It seems that everyone has a tale to tell. This latest menu connects some of the most special and lesser-known stories together in a narrative designed to reveal a little more of who we are. The menu is presented as a tunnel book, which allows you to be part of a journey through different areas of The Savoy, with our stories providing the inspiration for our drinks, from the ingredients to the serve, and the way it will be presented to you. We hope that you enjoy the Beaufort Bar Tunnel Menu, the drinks, and the stories. If you have any questions, please do ask a member of our team who will be happy to assist. Here s to creating yet more stories for the future, and we very much hope you will be a part of that. The Beaufort Bar Team
