General Information Deposits A non-refundable 25% advance deposit is due with your signed contract to hold function space on a definite basis. All Food & Beverage charges are inclusive with 20% service charge and 8.375% sales tax. Terms of Payment 25% of estimated revenue is due with Signed Contract 25% of estimated revenue is due 30 days prior to an Event Final payment is due seven (7) business days prior to your function. Any discrepancy in amount owed/paid will be settled at the end of the event. If paying by check, it is due 10 working days prior to your event. If cancellation occurs after an event has been confirmed and/or food and beverage requirements have been defined, the client agrees to pay the hotel the following charges: 91-120 days prior to event 25% of anticipated total revenue 61 to 90 days prior to event 50% of anticipated total revenue 30 to 60 days prior to event 75% of anticipated total revenue 0 to 30 days prior to event 100% of anticipated total revenue Menu The enclosed menus are only general suggestions as to the selection and variety of entrees and complements available to you. We take great pride in developing new ideas and specially tailored menus. If split entrées are requested, all entrees will be charged at the higher priced entrée plus an additional $2.00 per entrée. Menu selections are due one week prior to your event. If a vegetarian meal is requested, the price of the selected group entrée will be charged. Vegetarian entrees will be prepared at no additional charge. No outside food and beverage are to be brought into the hotel by the client or any of the client s guests or vendors. The Radisson Hotel San Jose Airport also prohibits the removal of any food and beverage from the Hotel premises. Guarantee Final guarantee is due five (5) business days prior to your event. You will be charged for your final guarantee even if fewer guests attend. If the guarantee attendance is not received in the Catering office by the deadline time, the expected number of guests originally contracted will be considered your guarantee. Chef will make 5% over guarantee for last minute additions if needed, anything over 5% will be charged $5.00 additional per entrée, and selection is not guaranteed. Other The individual, company, organization, or group scheduling an event assumes full responsibility for the conduct of its guest and hired vendors. All expenses incurred for damages to the hotel and/or hotel employees caused by the client, the client s guests and outside vendors shall be the full responsibility of the client. Corkage fee is $10.00++ per bottle for wine and/or champagne brought into the hotel. Bartender fee is $150.00 per bartender, per event. Minimum cash bar revenue is $300.00++. Carver fee is $75.00++ for the first three hours and $35.00++ for each additional hour. Prices Subject to Change
