The Wallaby Hotel will endeavour to meet any special requirements you may need and would like to thank you for considering us for your next event. Function Room: Our function room is perfect for those who would like a more private area, which is completely separate from the main areas of the hotel, although they are still accessible. The function room has its own private bar, air conditioning and toilet facilities. This room can comfortably seat up to 50 people or up to 120 people cocktail style. The Deck: The Wallaby Hotel deck is the ideal spot for any outdoor event. It has one roofed area suitable for a rainy day and one open area perfect for enjoying a cold beer or wine in the hot sun. The 2 levels along with it s own bar and capacity of 120 people, is just perfect for any function style.

Additional Information Room Hire: 2016 special- $0 room hire when there is a minimum spend of $400 on food. In cases where the room is being hired for a conference type function and no food or drink is being purchased room hire fees start from $50. There are additional facilities that you may want to hire; these include extra table cloths, projector and white board. Tea and coffee is available at $3 per person. Security: In some cases security may be a requirement depending on the type of function. Security cost is $50.00 per hour and will be arranged through our in house security provider. Set up: The Wallaby Hotel will set up tables (with white table cloths; food, cake and present) chairs, tea and coffee station and items such as projector and white board. We do offer the option of balloon bundles which we can organise to have in colours of your choice. The rest, you are welcome to decorate as you see fit but keep in mind that only blutac can be used - no tape, nails or drawing pins. Addition charges may apply for any further set up. Entertainment: You are more then welcome to organise your own band, jukebox or any other entertainment or to make it easier for you we can organise it for you. Although noise restrictions do apply.
Terms & Conditions Booking details: Confirmation and a deposit of $100 is required within 14 days of making the booking. This deposit comes directly off the total charges for your event. The Wallaby hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking not held with a deposited by the required date. Payment Payment can be made by Credit Card (phone/ personally), Cash (personally) Please note we do not accept cheques. Should you require a Tax Invoice please request this from the Manager completing your booking. Pricing listed throughout this document and in the above platter/buffet menu is subject to change without notice. Once your deposit is paid however, the price will remain the same. Beverage prices are subject to change without notice and are based on CPI increases. Guest numbers and catering: Menu and beverage details are required 7 days prior to the event along with any special dietary needs. In cases where the event is a sit down menu, The Wallaby Hotel will need to know final numbers 7 days prior to the function. Cancellation: We do understand that occasionally plans change. Full refund of the deposit can be made if notified 14 days prior to the event minus any outlays that may have been made.
Loss or damages: The Wallaby hotel cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to items before, during or after your function. Any damage sustained to the hotel during an event is the responsibility of the organiser. Responsible service of alcohol: The Wallaby Hotel operates within the responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Therefore anyone under the age of 18 or anyone unduly intoxicated and disorderly will not be served. Any guest without legal photo identification will not be permitted entry. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must be off premises by 12am. Identification: The only acceptable forms of proof of age we accept are a current driver s license, a current passport, an 18+ card, Victorian Key Pass. Please note the only International driver s license we accept as proof of age is New Zealand. We reserve the right to refuse service and or entry to any patron unable to provide identification upon request. Please ensure you inform all your guests about the above as no negotiation will be entered into. If any of the above conditions are breached management reserves the right to refuse entry or request that a patron leave the premises immediately and in extreme circumstances may result in the cancellation of your function. If there is anything in particular you wanted, that isn t listed in this pack, speak to us and we will see what we can do to arrange it.
