HOW TO MAKE OLE GUACAMOLE WHAT YOU LL NEED PREP TIME: 10 Minutes SERVES: 4 People 2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed ¼ c. sweet onion, minced 1 small jalapeno, seeded, minced Juice of 1 lime 1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped fine Dash of hot sauce Coarse kosher salt to taste TRY THESE FLAVORED CHIPS FOR A CHANGE OF PACE AS YOU DIP: TO PREPARE In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
