Please fill in and complete the booking form and send it to us 2. The venue availability can only be confirmed on receipt of signed booking form a. Please call us to confirm that we have received your booking form, if we haven t responded to you

3. We require a NON-refundable/transferable deposit within 5 days of receipt of your booking form. 4. The deposit will be allocated against the fee for your party and an interim invoice will be sent to you, prior to the party date. 5. The balance payment is due at least one week, prior to the party date 6. Any extra children and adults, as well as, any extra items used e.g. Ice must be paid for in cash on the day. Please ensure you have CASH available in case 7. The manager onsite will issue you an onsite document will any extras used on the day for your records. 8. You will receive a final invoice during the course of the week after your party Terms and conditions: Venue: 1. Cancellation policy the venue is booked for your exclusive use and therefore full payment is required if you cancel/postpone/transfer the booking date. 2. Once you have paid your deposit there will be no refund whatsoever 3. If you have any extra guests on the day, the venue manager, will issue you with an event sheet on the day and a CASH payment will be required 4. If you want to bring in any electrical items, these will need to be agreed on with us, as the plugs points used will be charged for. NO extender plugs 5. Please advise us if you will be bringing in your own entertainment or décor just so we are aware. Please remember we will gladly assist you with the above at favourable rates. 6. You are allowed to bring in your own food, cold drinks, cakes etc. 7. Alcohol is allowed in limited quantities 8. NO load music or sound systems are allowed onsite, should you require this special arrangements will need to be made 9. The party parents are responsible for looking after and supervising their guests using the venue and equipment onsite 10. Please note the FOUNTAIN area does not have a LIFEGUARD 11. No bad behaviour or damage to our property will NOT be tolerated, all damages will be for your account 12. We reserve the right of admission at ALL times 13. NO debit or credit card facilities are available onsite

Party times: The party venue will be ready at 9.30am for you to start setting up for a morning party and 1.30pm for an afternoon party. Parties must finish promptly at 1pm for a morning booking and 5pm for an afternoon booking Our onsite staff member will start cleaning used items 20 minutes before the end time of the party We allow for 20 minutes after the end time, to vacate the venue Overtime is allowed for the afternoon time slot only and must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability of the venue i. Overtime after 5pm will be charged at R300 per hour An earlier set up time is allowed for the morning time slot only and must be arranged in advance. ii.
