The following guidelines have been established to provide you with the finest quality food, beverage and service. It is required that any changes made for an event must be completed seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event to ensure its proper accommodations. The catering department will be prepared to serve 5% above the guarantee and these additional attendees will be added to the final bill. Should your guarantee fall below the minimum number required you will be billed for the original number of guests guaranteed. Cosmos Restaurant & Bar will guarantee pricing 90 days prior to the event. If a selection becomes unavailable, a product of equal or greater value will be substituted.
