FESTIVE COSMOPOLITAN INGREDIENTS 40ml premium vodka 30ml mulled spiced cranberry juice * 20ml triple sec 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice METHOD Combine ingredients together with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously Strain into a chilled glass Garnish with a string of red currants dusted with powdered sugar Relax and sip your creation Repeat until you feel festive enough! * MULLED SPICED CRANBERRY JUICE Mix 1 litre of cranberry juice with 1 sliced lemon, 1 sliced orange and the zest from 2 oranges. Add some grated ginger, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon to taste. Combine all in a large saucepan and simmer carefully for 45 minutes. Do not boil. Strain and chill well before use.
