Lynfred Winery welcomes all guests 21 years of age or older for all group events held here at our location. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted without written permission from the Management Staff. A minimum of twelve guests is required for most events. The maximum number of guests ranges from 20-60 depending upon the event selected. Private events are scheduled January through September, seven days a week, between the hours of 10:00am and 6:30pm. Availability may be limited due to production and other scheduled events. Choose from the following unique wine settings*: Harvest Room: 12-15 Guests Tasting Bar: 12-35 Guests
VIP Room: 12-30 Guests Barrel Room: 20-60 Guests *Private Rooms are based on the number of guests as well as the type of event chosen. The Events Director will help you select the ideal surroundings for your event. Room fees apply. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required in order to hold a room. Private Day Event Options Daytime Tour and Wine Tasting Includes an educational tour of our wine production area followed by a guided sampling of seven Lynfred wines that lasts about an hour. Available between 11:00am and 5:00pm 7 days a week. (Excluding 2:00pm and 4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.) $15 per person plus tax, minimum of 12 guests, maximum of 30 Light Lunch Includes a choice of sandwiches, chips and dessert followed by a sampling of seven Lynfred wines. An educational tour of our wine production area is optional. Available between 11:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday. $40 per person plus tax and gratuity, minimum of 12 guests, maximum of 48 Room charge of $400 or $800 plus tax Hors D Oeurves and Wine Pairings Includes four gourmet Hors D Oeurves with four specially selected Lynfred wine. An educational tour of our wine production area is optional. Available between 11:00am and 6:30pm Monday through Friday. $65 per person plus tax and gratuity, minimum of 12 guests, maximum of 65 Room charge of $400 or $800 plus tax Additional a la carte items are available to add on for your own Lynfred experience. Each event is 2 ½ hours Couples Tasting Lynfred Winery presents you with an intimate experience for you and your beloved. Your personal hostess will greet you with a welcome glass of Lynfred wine, give you a tour of our wine making facilities and then you will enjoy a delectable appetizer and wine pairing made especially for you by our chefs. The whole experience is offered Monday through Saturday starting between the hours of 1:00pm-4:00pm. $100 per couple plus tax

Lisa, please share my sincere thanks to the staff (Kathy, Sue, Penny) that helped make the bridal shower a success! Your efforts with the overall set, linens, flowers, etc, made the space look beautiful, and the servers were exceptional! They were always right there to take away used plates, bring whatever might be needed and assist with loading gifts, greeting, etc. The food was delicious, the setting beautiful and the service outstandingthank you. I expect new events to be booked due to the exceptional service we received.

BED & BREAKFAST SUITES My husband and I spent our wedding night at Lynfred and we were whisked away to Italy. The suite was elegant, the food was superb and the staff was beyond compare. Our Bed and Breakfast suites provide the perfect ending of the day for the bride and groom. Relax by the fire or share an aromatherapy bath while winding down in your luxurious suite. Before your ceremony, the bride would be able to use the suite to get prepared for the special day. January-December $395 plus tax Your guests may stay with us in one of our four suites; American, German, French or Italian or stay at one of the surrounding hotels in the area. ) for one hour
