Capabilities Our logistics are coordinated in house and handled by a consolidated trucking company for all LTL shipments. Our manufacturing facilities and efficiencies are second to none. Our employees average over 7 years of dedicated service to our company, and their experience is what helps guarantee consistent quality and service. Our standard lead time for all orders received by Tuesday close of business is 14-16 days from order to delivery. With the addition of our third facility, Lawler s capacity for new business is almost unlimited. To further plant production and supplier efficiencies, as well as keeping costs to our customers under control, we require the following minimums: 200 cases per item ordered (other than standard Lawler stock items)

Research & Development Lawler Foods in-house R&D Department has 4 full time team members bringing with them a combined total of over 95 years experience in the baking industry. [ All projects originate in our R&D Department where, upon approval by our customer, they will be test run in small scale batches. Once batches are proven, they will then move on to plant scale production.

Clean Labels & Kosher Certified Clean Label Initiative In calendar year 2016 Lawler Foods began implementation of our clean label initiative. 95% of ingredients which contained Partially Hydrogenated Oils have been replaced with others remaining due to the lack of viable alternatives. These ingredients will be replaced prior to the end of 2017. Also included in the plan for 2017 are replacement of Artificial Flavors, Artificial Colors and High Fructose Corn Syrup. Moving forward we will continue working with our valued customers to address ever changing market conditions and consumer demands. Trans Fat Trans Fat content in 98% of our products are naturally occurring. The sources of these are dairy and vegetable ingredients. The 2% which still contain small amounts of PHO s will be reformulated in 2017. Lawler Foods complete product line is certified Kosher Dairy by The Orthodox Union of Jewish Congregations of America.
