Monkey Shoulder refers to a temporary injury suffered by malt men when they turned the malting barley by hand in the distilleries of Scotland. While our malt men are among the few who still turn the barley manually, thankfully working conditions have improved and the injury is a thing of the past. Inspired by their craft, Monkey Shoulder is a blend of 3 of Speyside s finest malts, made in batches of just 27 casks for a richer, smoother taste. Monkey Shoulder 3.50 Busy, complex and wonderfully weighted. Orangey-citrus softened by Demerara, toffee and vanilla cocktails Cocktails 7.50 Rusty Nail Monkey Shoulder and Drambuie mixed with ice.
