You decide the food, music and time of the party. You can also request additional services to be added to ensure your night has the perfect party atmosphere. One particular request we regularly get is what music is played. From Christmas classics to the latest chart toppers, you can have your favourite songs played by one of our provided professional DJs at an additional charge. Costs depend on length of party and availability. If you have your own playlists ready, you can even bring your own DJs in.
How to book Call our Christmas Codinat on 01905 54 4444 to check the availability of your required dining date. A provisional booking can be made which will be held f up to 7 days. We reserve the right to release a provisional booking if the deposit is not received on the due date. Payment A non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required to secure the booking. The balance of the total cost of the event is required 28 days pri to your booking. Cash, cheque credit cards may be used as payment. Please make all cheques payable to the University of Wcester. Please send all payments f the attention of the Christmas Codinat. Cancellation If you cancel your event drop in numbers after full payment has been received, the deposit will be retained but the balance is returnable if cancelled up to 28 days befe the event. Please allow up to 28 days f cheques to be issued. Subject to meeting the minimal numbers. Any other charges on the day must be settled on the day by cash credit card. These cannot be invoiced f later payment. Ffeited deposits cannot be used to offset any other additional costs. Other conditions Where applicable, menu choices must be pre-dered with our Christmas Codinat 14 days pri to the event. Food allergies and intolerances: Please speak to our Christmas Codinat about your requirements befe making your menu options. All prices include VAT at 20%. VAT receipts are available on request after the event.
