IN-HOUSE SHOWS This unique & sought after theatre experience provides the perfect night out with live entertainment for large events, couples, families & friends. Barnyard tribute shows feature the greatest hits of our time suitable for all ages and music preferences. Barnyard Productions run all year round and we have on average of 7 different shows per year, at each of our theatres. Our shows run Tuesdays to Saturdays (pm) and Sundays (2pm except Rivonia - 1:30pm). We also have matinee (day) shows during peak season and on request throughout the year. The Barnyard Theatre also produce one-off productions directed to specific music tastes, like Classic Rock, Alternative Rock and tributes to specific Icons & bands that shaped musical history. We also have our very own Kids Rock Productions, which are shows created specifically for kids entertainment. LOCAL/INTERNATIONAL SHOWS Barnyard also regularly hosts well-known South African bands, comedians and performers as well as original international acts. The Barnyard Theatres offer a fun and affordable means of fundraising. We sell our show tickets to you at a reduced rate and you re-sell them at the full public price (or more), thereby making a profit on every ticket sold. Book a full-venue or mini fundraiser (minimum 50 tickets) and make huge profits, in aid of your cause. From January to the end of April, Tuesday to Thursday evenings are available for fundraisers. Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday shows are also available for fundraisers on request (rates differ). FUNDRAISING FAQS How much profit can be made on a fundraising event at Barnyard? Potential profit for a full venue fundraiser: from *R42 000+ *Based on full venue hire from Tuesday - Thursday at the smallest venue. How much money needs to be paid upfront? To secure a date you pay 25% deposit. There is a payment structure and the final balance is due one week prior to the event date. How do I go about selling the tickets? Simply set up a fundraising committee amongst friends/family/colleagues and allocate tickets to each member to sell. An effective way to promote your event is a combination of selling tables to corporates and targeting individuals. Raise additional funds by incorporating a raffle or auction on the evening. Ask for prize sponsorships from corporates to aid in this regard. SUPPORT OFFERED TO HELP YOU SELL YOUR TICKETS Our fundraising coordinators offer expert advice on how to maximise your event. They will also offer you standard pre-printed Show Posters, A5 Show Flyers, an E-mail Invite for your event and a Ticket Template with your company logo.
