Wedding Sugar Lake Lodge s accomplished on-site chef prepares sumptuous meals using fresh ingredients with a surprisingly creative touch. Special menus can also be prepared upon request. Please review this packet, make note of questions and let our event planning staff take it from there.
Plated Meals Plated meals include your choice of entrées and accompanied items. Parties of up to 30 people may select three entrées. Parties of 31-125 people may select two entrées. For groups of more than 125 people we ask that you select one entrée. A vegetarian entrée may be added as an additional selection. Please inquire with your event coordinator for vegetarian options. A pre-count is required in advance for all plated meals. Does not include a dessert. Buffet Style Buffets include entrées and accompanied items for parties of 25 people or more. A minimum guarantee is required three business days prior to your event. Does not include a dessert. Pricing Prices are per person and are subject to 18% service charge (in lieu of tipping) & 6.875% MN state sales tax.

Parmesan Crusted Halibut $33 Fresh halibut filet, pan-seared and parmesan crusted. Topped with lemon mustard cream sauce. Shore Lunch Walleye $23 Fresh Canadian walleye shore lunch breaded and fried. Served with tartar sauce. Shrimp and Scallop Pomodoro $23 Tender bay scallops and gulf shrimp sautéed in garlic, butter, tomatoes, basil and white wine. Served over angel hair pasta. Beef Pot Roast $20 Slow cooked beef roast served with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable beef gravy. Chicken Parmesan $22 Parmesan crusted chicken breast, served over garlic and herb linguine and topped with marinara sauce. Bone in Chicken Breast $22 Garlic and herb marinated breast, roasted and topped with bacon brandy cream sauce. Bone in Pork Ribeye $23 Grilled 12 ounce chop. Served with apple and cranberry demi glace. Beef Tenderloin $33 8 ounce choice tenderloin steak seared and then roasted. Topped with caramelized onions.
