The excitement and the anticipation of each Race Day will be met with a fresh approach to food, the finest ingredients, spectacular presentation, selecting the finest flavors for our savory dishes to enjoy from the green flag, through the turn and into the checkered flag. Auto Club Speedway strives to make things simple for our guests. By selecting our inclusive menu package, you will find menu options offering the perfect balance of quality and extraordinary value. Items included in the inclusive package will be replenished upon request for up to 2 hours after initial service time. In addition to our inclusive menu, our a la carte, traditional race day menus, our specially trained service staff will deliver the finest quality of services that will delight your guests and exceed their every expectation. Please coordinate any food or beverage items intended for display only purposes through the Americrown Sales and Marketing Department. There is a minimum catering requirement each day your suite or hospitality is utilized. SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS If you wish to enhance your event experience with florals, specialty linens or any other just for you additions please let us know we re always happy to accommodate special requests. May we suggest: Buffet Florals: Starting at..........................$125.00 per buffet Specialty Linens: Starting at......................... $100.00 per buffet FOOD ORDERING For the highest standard in presentation, service and quality, we ask that all food and beverage selections (including special liquor requests) be placed by October 4th 2013. Orders can be arranged with the assistance of a guest relations representative at 909.429.5380 or by fax to 909.429.5375. Catering orders are sold to match suite admissions. A 20% service charge and applicable state sales taxes will be added to all related orders. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the event will not be charged. This number may slightly be increased but may not be decreased once provided up to seventy two hours prior to the event. Five business days prior to the event, an Americrown Sales and Marketing Manager will call you to confirm your order. New orders received by Americrown within five (5) business days of the event will be subject to 5% late charge. SPECIALIZED MENUS Americrown Service Corporation will make an effort to fulfill special menu requests, including Kosher and vegetarian meals, whenever possible. We appreciate five working days notice for this service. Menus that diverge from the listed package menus are not subject to inclusive pricing and service. For those very special celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc., Americrown Service Corporation will provide personalized, decorated layer cakes. The cake will be delivered to your suite at a specified time. MENU ENHANCEMENTS A la Carte items are there for you to enhance your food and fan s experience with the inclusive menu. You may order these items separate from or with the included menu. The items are priced separately for your convenience. ADDITIONS Additional items ordered following the initial payment will be charged to the credit card on file. If for any reason balances remain due but not collected there will a monthly late charge of 1.5% of the amount owed, along with any reasonable costs of collection, including court costs and/or attorney fees. BEVERAGE ORDERING Please consult with a Sales and Marketing Manager to stock your bar with a selection of recognized, quality brand name products, including liquors, beer, wine and soft drinks, or simply refer to our beverage menu for recommendations. Should you prefer any beverage items or reserve wines that are not included in our menu, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Additional beverages may be purchased during the event through your suite attendant. A 20% service charge and 8% California State sales tax will be added to all applicable orders.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY Your beverage selections will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival at each event. Your food will be delivered at the predetermined serve times as seen on the left side of your order form unless alternative arrangements have been made. On the day of the event, please speak to your suite supervisor to adjust your delivery service times. WEATHER DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS Americrown Service Corporation recognizes weather can play a role in our operation. Our weather policy is as follows: On event days, once the service time has occurred, billing for those items will take place. If for any reason the track reschedules the entire event day before service time has occurred, Americrown Service Corporation will serve the items that were originally ordered on the rescheduled day. If you cannot attend the event on the rescheduled day, billing for the items ordered will still occur. Should you and your guests choose not to attend the rescheduled event, all charges apply and will be billed. Please feel free to contact our Sales and Marketing Managers with any questions. RACEDAY MENU For that little something extra, there is a limited Race Day Menu of items that are available during the event by contacting your suite supervisor. To better serve you, the authorization form must be returned along with food and beverage orders. The contact person and authorized representatives are the only persons permitted to place orders and/or day of race orders for your suite. Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes for delivery of all orders. Additional orders for beverages can be filled throughout the day and/or at the end of each event day. STAFFING Upon special request and to enhance your race day experience, we are happy to provide you with your own personal attendant for 150.00 for each shift day, personal chef or supervisor for 250.00 for each shift day. If spirits are being served, a bartender will be provided, free of charge. This staff is provided to accommodate all service needs for you and your guests. Gratuities are at the sole discretion of the client and should be handled at the time of the event. We recommend a staffing level of one attendant for each 75 guests. SMALLWARES AND SUPPLIES Suite will be supplied with all of the necessary accoutrements: knives, forks, spoons, plates, cocktail and dinner napkins, glasses, corkscrew as well as salt and pepper shakers. SECURITY AND LIABILITY To maintain compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the State of California and San Bernardino County, we ask that you adhere to the following: 1. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into the hospitality area. 2. It is the responsibility of the Luxury Suite holder, or their representative, to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the suite. 3. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. 4. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person. 5. Suite holders are not permitted to take cans, bottles or glasses outside the suite area. Drinks taken into the suite hallway must be poured into a disposable cup. Please note, however, that no drinks may leave the suite level. 6. During some events, alcoholic consumption may be restricted. 7. Please be sure to remove all personal property when leaving the premises at the end of each event day. Americrown Service Corporation cannot be responsible for any lost or misplaced property left unattended in the suite. PAYMENT PROCEDURE All orders must have the enclosed credit card authorization form filled out and on file with each order. The suite holder will be required to provide payment in full in advance for delivery of any future service. Americrown Service Corporation reserves the right to cancel this payment arrangement, without prior notice, for failure to meet the payment terms stated above. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders. Because Americrown Service Corporation exclusively furnishes all food and beverage products for the hospitality areas at Auto Club Speedway, guests are not allowed to bring personal food or beverages. Any such items will be charged to the suite holder. Additional items ordered following initial payment will be charged to the credit card on file. If balances remain due but not collected, a monthly late charge of 1.5% of the amount owed, along with any reasonable costs of collection, including court costs and/or attorney fees.
