Jameson Original 29.95 Jameson Caskmates 39 Triple distilled, twice as smooth, one great. Carefully matured in selected bourbon and sherry casks. Established in 1780 by the legendary John Jameson, the success of this iconic Irish brand is down to its great quality and smooth, coupled with over two centuries of whiskey making experience. From New York to Moscow, Cape Town to London, every day people all over the world discover the great of Jameson Whiskey. So it s not surprising that it s the No. 1 Irish Whiskey and one of the fastest growing whiskey brands in the world. Triple Distilled, Once Stouted. Jameson Caskmates is ed in craft stout-seasoned barrels for additional rich notes of coffee, cocoa and just a hint of hops. We ve been distilling Jameson since 1780 but we re always open to new ideas. So when a local craft brewer borrowed our casks to age their fine Irish stout, it gave us an idea; why not our own precious liquid in stout-seasoned oak barrels? The result was Jameson Caskmates, a delicious new whiskey that accentuates the trademark smoothness of Jameson Original with additional rich flavours of coffee, chocolate and butterscotch. 1 ST bottle 38.00 50.00 55.00 87.00 65.00 Additional 31.45 34.95 39.95 42.95 65.00 1 ST bottle 47.00 59.00 64.00 96.00 68.00 Additional 40.50 44.00 49.00 52.00 68.00 Mellow Pot Still Whiskey, toasted wood with Oloroso sherry undertones. Smooth, sweet wood with nutty notes. Exceptionally smooth. Aroma of freshly mown hay is complemented by crisp orchard fruit characters - green apples, pears and a twist of lime zest. Mild pot still spices appear, deepening from green tea to hazelnut and milk chocolate. The hop influence combines with toasted oak and barley grains to form a solid base. Initial sweet mouth-coating notes, accentuated by a subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans then rounded out by some marzipan and charred oak adding to the complexity. Long and sweet with milk chocolate and butterscotch.

Jameson Crested 35 Jameson Black Barrel 47 A vivid blend of pot still and grain whiskeys, Jameson Crested s maturation process is heavily influenced by sherry casks. Jameson Crested is a celebration of the first drops bottled in Bow Street. True to our mark of triple distilled smoothness, Jameson Crested stands tall with unmistakable sherry undertones and understated notes of spice. Putting your name to something implies confidence, but a family crest speaks volumes. Jameson Black Barrel is a blend of special small batch grain and traditional Irish pot still whiskeys. Jameson Black Barrel is a tribute to the cooper s method of charring barrels. Charring is an age old method for invigorating barrels, but these days we use double charred barrels by choice rather than through necessity. Time spent maturing in these barrels lends this whiskey intensified notes of vanilla and caramel, alongside toasted wood, fruit and spice. 1 ST bottle 43.00 55.00 60.00 92.00 N/A 1 ST bottle 55.00 67.00 72.00 104.00 135.00 Additional 36.50 40.00 45.00 48.00 N/A Additional 48.50 52.00 57.00 60.00 135.00 Vivid sherry pot still aroma with spice and a hint of melon and ginger. Unmistakeably full bodied with delicate sherry undertones and toasted wood dovetails with fruit, spice and chocolate. Warm lingering sherry. Rich and full with exotic fruits: nectarines, apricot and papaya. Waves of vanilla. Fruit and wood spices.

The Distiller s Safe 70 The Cooper s Croze 70 The Distiller s Safe is a tribute to the Irish pot still and reveals the true character of the distillate. Part of The Whiskey Makers Series, The Distiller s Safe is a whiskey that celebrates the craft of our Head Distiller, Brian Nation, and his mastery of the Irish Pot Still. Delivering a smooth mouth feel and gentle notes of apricot, cinnamon and melon, this whiskey pays respect to the character of the distillate. Oak s influence on a whiskey s character can t be understated, and The Cooper s Croze is a perfect illustration of this relationship. Part of The Whiskey Makers Series, The Cooper s Croze is a whiskey created by our Head Cooper, Ger Buckley, showcasing the diversity of oak casks used at our Midleton distillery and the profound influence that wood yields. The Cooper s Croze is a carefully crafted whiskey that effortlessly carries vanilla sweetness, rich fruit flavours, floral and spice notes and the undeniable influence of oak. You can take whiskey out of wood but you can never take the wood out of whiskey. 1 ST bottle 78.00 90.00 96.00 129.00 N/A Additional 71.50 75.00 80.00 83.00 N/A 1 ST bottle 78.00 90.00 96.00 129.00 N/A Additional 71.50 75.00 80.00 83.00 N/A From floral perfume, through fresh herbs, to lively spices, this special selection of distillates shows how the subtle delicate sweet notes of Irish grain whiskey can complement the more robust character of the Irish pot still whiskey. Some Barley Sugar sweetness combines with the succulence of grapefruit and green pepper, with a touch of marzipan adding to the depth. Starts off with Barley Sugar sweetness progressing to hints of cinnamon and even a touch of liquorice. A vibrant note of mandarin orange appears alongside the nuttiness of ground almond. Stays light and zesty with barley making a late appearance. A subtle flower petal perfume develops into rich ripe fruits, whilst some charred oak and cedar wood bring balance and complexity a seamless infusion of American and Spanish oak character. The initial impression is from the sweet vanilla of the American ex-bourbon barrels. This brings added depth to the rich fruits typical of the ex-oloroso sherry butts. A pleasant touch of hazelnut and toasted wood compliment the pot still spices. Pleasantly long with vanilla sweetness slowly fading to barley grains with a touch of oak char.

The Blender s Dog 70 Jameson Gold Reserve 87 The Blender s Dog is a perfect balance of spirit, time and wood - the trinity of whiskey maturation. Three wood maturation featuring virgin oak barrels for a complex, smooth experience. Part of The Whiskey Makers Series, The Blender s Dog is a whiskey that celebrates the art of marrying whiskeys. Distillers are concerned with all things pot still, Coopers obsess over barrels and Blenders need to know the best of both worlds. The Blender s Dog is a superbly balanced, complex whiskey that delivers butterscotch sweetness with a prickle of spice and tannins. Making whiskey requires a fair deal of science, but blending is an art. Like Jameson Original, Gold Reserve is a triple distilled blend of rich pot still and grain whiskeys. Like Jameson Original, it s matured in a combination of the finest Grade A casks, all hand-picked by our Head Blender, Billy Leighton. In addition to American bourbon barrels and Spanish sherry butts, Gold Reserve also introduces virgin oak barrels to the mix, which contribute hints of spicy new wood. Each component is carefully monitored and d by Billy until it reaches the perfect moment to create the final blend, which delivers a complex, smooth experience. 1 ST bottle 78.00 90.00 96.00 129.00 N/A Additional 71.50 75.00 80.00 83.00 N/A 1 ST bottle 95.00 107.00 113.00 146.00 140.00 Additional 88.50 92.00 97.00 100.00 140.00 From light citrus to pineapple, mango and kiwi notes then add some figs and dates. A touch of walnut leads to the vanilla and toasted oak contributions from the seasoned American barrels and Spanish butts. A rich round creamy mouth-feel, with the sweetness of butterscotch, giving way to the prickle of the pot still spices. Succulent fruit brings the perfect balance as charred oak with some subtle tannin add to the complexity. Exceptionally long as the luscious fruit is slow to fade. Deep succulent fruit and a touch of nuttiness from the Oloroso sherry butts are layered with flavours of the bourbon barrels and vanilla sweetness from the virgin oak. Pot still oils and spices combine perfectly with the wood flavours, delivering an exceptionally smooth and complex flavour. A very long with a pleasantly peppery finale. Fragrant notes of toasted oak with an added dimension of sweet wood compounds from the clever use of unseasoned virgin oak, combine with the aroma of pot still spices and soft sherry fruitiness.

Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve 130 Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve 400 Mellow tasting, rare old Irish whiskey matured for at least 18 years in hand-selected oak casks. Whiskeys like this don t come along every day, which is why each bottle of Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve is individually numbered. They are then ed in first fill bourbon barrels where they complete their rite of passage. The ultimate expression of Jameson crafted from our oldest and rarest whiskeys. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. A collaboration by the Masters at The Midleton Distillery, our hand-crafted Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve is a true masterpiece. Mellow sweetness and toasted wood are complemented by fruit richness, characteristic of the port casks. A touch of creamy dairy fudge and dark chocolate adds to the complexity. A tantalisingly long, which covers the spectrum from the sweetness of fruit, through the spices, to the unmistakable note of the barley where it all began. A real full-bodied aroma. Initially sweet with ripe fruit notes of melon, bananas and dark fleshy plums. The unmistakable pot still spicy character combines to give hints of treacle, cinnamon and liquorice. Wonderfully mellow and smooth, a mouthful of complex flavours toffee, spice, hints of wood and leather, gentle sherry nuttiness, with vanilla. A long lingering carries the theme of the wood, spice and toffee right through to the end.

Powers Gold Label Powers Gold Label is a complex spice and honeyed experience. Every drop is triple distilled, with more cut from the top and tail of the second and third pot still charges. This means only the purest heart of the distillate is captured. This is then left to mature in select American oak casks which allow our distillate driven style to shine. Powers Gold Label is blended with the finest grain whiskey, also exclusively matured in American oak casks. 29.50 Powers 12 Year Old Special Reserve Powers 12 year old retains the classic Powers spicy, honeyed, full-bodied flavour, enhanced and enriched by years of extra ageing in carefully selected American and Spanish oak casks. 47 1 ST bottle 38.00 49.00 54.00 86.00 75.00 Additional 31.00 34.50 39.50 42.50 75.00 1 ST bottle 55.00 67.00 73.00 106.00 N/A Additional 48.50 52.00 57.00 60.00 N/A Cinnamon, clove oil and white pepper in balance with russet apples and ripe pears, on a background of charred oak. The wine seasoning brings a delicate touch of floral perfume and a hint of ripe berries such as raspberries and strawberries, that are in addition to the orchard fruits typical of Green Spot. The familiar mouth coating effect is a very satisfying balance of oak and spices. Some vanilla sweetness works in harmony with the dry wine influence, while the fresh orchard fruits and French oak combine effortlessly with barley grains to complete the complexity. The rich French oak character is slow to fade leaving the wine and spices of France and Ireland with the last word. Mown hay and cracked black pepper. Red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks. Honey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavours of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate and créme brûlée. Notes of red apples and toasted oak. Sophisticated and complex. Sweetness throughout, with a mix of red grape and dry barley upon exit.
