Failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions will void your agreement, which may result in loss of deposit or goods. FREIGHT Beech Ovens can organize to ship or airfreight ovens anywhere in the world. All freight prices quoted are according to current competitive forwarding rates and are delivered to customs in port of destination only. Import, other local charges including transportation to the kitchen area are to be borne by the Client. Beech Ovens will not be held liable for changes to shipping dates, delays, route changes or cancellations caused by the shipping company. VARIATION FEES If changes are required following the confirmation and where applicable, the deposit of an order, a variation fee will be charged. This fee will be at the discretion of Beech ovens depending on time/production status at time of change request. ORDERING Please provide as much detail as possible when ordering, use proper model number quoted and provide signed drawing and kitchen layout when requested. WARRANTY Stone Hearth Ovens, Custom Ovens, Tandoor Ovens, Oven Rotisserie chambers and Duck Ovens have a 4-year structural warranty. All oven gas systems except Tandoori and Char grills also have a 4-year warranty. Tandoori and Char Grill gas systems have a 1-year warranty. The Beech Ovens Warranty Form must be completed and returned within 2 weeks of installation for warranty to be valid. STORAGE FEES Storage fees may be incurred by the client when payment is not complete within 7 days of the ETD (Estimated Time of Dispatch). TERMS OF PAYMENT Our terms of payment are the same as the current structure set forth by Jade Range. (See inside back cover.) CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders including such items as extra doors, windows, char grills, spotlights, special finishes to tandoors and custom grills will require a 25% non-refundable deposit on order. Rotisserie Oven The Beech Rotisserie Oven is versatile, cooking whole beasts or multiple pieces of meat and poultry to tender mouth-watering perfection.
