FAQs Q: What is the security deposit? A: $500 security deposit is required to hold your date. The amount will be applied towards the overall venue fees. Q: Is there a damage deposit: A: There is a $250 damage deposit that will be placed on hold and returned to client if no damage is found. Q: How much is service gratuity? A: 20% service gratuity will be added to your final bill if we are providing in-house F&B catering. Q: Can I set up earlier than the 3 hours allotted time? Or the day before? A: If we do not have an event the prior day, you can set up the day before. This is on a contingency basis. Q: What if the forecast shows rain during my ceremony? A: We will make the best effort to accommodate inclement weather by moving the ceremony indoors, if need be. This will be based upon judgement of ballroom manager.
