Every effort is made to find ingredients of the highest quality and have them delivered to the resort as pure and fresh as they might have been served at their place of origin. Our Executive Chef & his multinational brigade of chefs work as a team to produce a combination of dishes that allows the East to meet the west in culinary terms. Healthy eating and good living are of utmost importance to us. To complement the dining options we have put together a wine list featuring some of the world s best received awarded wines. The list has been compiled bearing in mind the diversity of labels and wine making styles that exist, and features some boutique wine makers from different part of the world. Personalization has always been one of the corner stones of our cuisine concept.
