Suite Policies Ordering Food During The Game Day of the game orders must be placed with your suite server when the suites open for business. Please allow 45 minutes to 1 hour for game day deliveries. Payment Methods A credit card is needed to place preorders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. American Express, checks, or direct billing are NOT accepted at any time. Taxes and gratuity will be applied to your bill, except for All You Can Eat selections. Alcohol It is the responsibility of the suite holder to ensure that no minors or intoxicated people consume alcohol in the suite. To ensure the safety and maintain compliance with the regulations of the State of Iowa Health Department, NO outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of the suites. The Cedar Rapids Ice Arena and RoughRiders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. We promote safe and responsible consumption of alcohol. We do not allow any outside food or beverage to be brought into the Arena. Any outside items will be added to your bill at the price we charge for the same or similar items. For special occasions such as birthdays, there will be a $20 fee applied to the suite bill for bringing in cakes, cupcakes, cookies or desserts of any kind.
