2013 LOS ANGELES HYATT REGENCY CENTURY PLAZA FEBRUARY 6, 2013 TASTING GUIDE
Welcome To the 2013 International Food & Wine Festival On behalf of Royal Wine Corp. and Herzog Wine Cellars, we are proud to welcome you to the International Food & Wine Festival, our trade and consumer tasting event showcasing the largest and we believe best selection of kosher food and wine in the world. This event began as an opportunity to exhibit a majority of our portfolio to our loyal customers for one day, leading up to the major wine consuming holidays of the Jewish calendar. Now in its sixth year, we are honored to once again bring this great event to Los Angeles. We are pleased to present unique offerings from our vast portfolio, as well as access to the winemakers and principals behind it. We hope you will speak with the representatives and learn more about the wines as you sample them. In addition to the impressive line-up of artisan wines, you will be treated to a mouth-watering selection of gourmet delicacies prepared by Chef Gabriel Garcia, of Tierra Sur restaurant. Tierra Sur is recognized by Zagat as the highest rated restaurant in Ventura County, and one of the highest rated kosher restaurants in the United States. Chef Garcia continues to dazzle foodies near and far with his Mediterranean-influenced / New American cuisine, which will be on display and available for all to enjoy throughout the festival. This tasting guide is yours to take home. We hope that you will utilize it to mark your favorites and refer back to your notes in the future. The guide lists all producers in order of table number for your convenience. Please refer to the floor plan to help your navigation through the tasting. All on-site food preparation is under the kosher supervision of the Rabbinical Council of California (RCC). We hope that you enjoy this tasting, and thank you for sharing in this very special event. Cheers, David Whittemore Herzog Wine Cellars, Marketing and Public Relations Director
