Preheat oven to 400ºF. 2. Place potatoes in medium bowl. Add ½ Tbs. olive oil and pinch of salt and pepper. Toss potatoes until coated. 3. Place potatoes on sheet pan. Place in hot oven. 4. Roast potatoes 15 minutes. Remove from oven and reserve. 5. Brush remaining olive oil over pizza crust. 6. Sprinkle garlic over oil on crust. 7. Evenly distribute roasted potatoes over crust. 8. Arrange prosciutto slices over potatoes. 9. Top with fresh mozzarella slices. 10. Sprinkle rosemary evenly over top of cheese. 11. Place pizza directly on rack in hot oven. Bake 8 10 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown. 12. Remove from oven. Slice into 8 pieces and serve hot. Serve as an appetizer or entrée. Repeat layering process until pan in almost filled. Top final layer with remaining mushrooms. 11. Pour reserved cream mixture over layered potatoes. 12. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
