PURE FLAVOR. PURE SAVINGS. CINNAMON CHOCOLATE CHIP WALNUT COOKIES Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 8 minutes Makes 5 dozen or 30 (2 cookie) servings. 3 ¼ cups flour 1 tbsp. McCormick Cinnamon, Ground 1 teaspoon baking soda ¾ teaspoon salt 1 1 / 3 cups butter, softened 1 ¼cups granulated sugar 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract 1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup Diamond of California Chopped Walnuts 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted MIX flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. PREHEAT oven to 375 F. Drop by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute. Gnocchi Four Cheese Bake Prep. time: 30 min Cook time: 30 min Serves: 4 Ingredients 1 jar (15 oz.) Classico Four Cheese Tomato Cream Pasta Sauce 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 Shallot, finely diced (or 1 small onion) 1 Garlic clove, finely diced 4 oz. Pancetta, cubed 1 /2 cup Frozen peas 1 package (16 oz.) Gnocchi pasta 1 /2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Salt and pepper to taste Instructions 1 In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. 2 Add pancetta and cook until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. 3 Slowly stir Classico Four Cheese Tomato Cream Sauce into skillet and add peas. Simmer for 2 minutes. 4 Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi until they start to float. Remove gnocchi with a slotted spoon and add to sauce. Stir gently to ensure all gnocchi are covered in sauce. 5 Transfer gnocchi and sauce into 9x9 baking dish and top with mozzarella. 6 Place in oven and broil until cheese is melted and begins to brown, about 3 minutes. 7 Remove from oven and rest for 2 minutes before serving. Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese 16 oz. Galbani Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated Direction 5 to 6 cups of pasta sauce 9 oz. box of no-boil lasagna sheets 1/4 cup parsley, minced 1Tbsp. basil, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 1. Mix the ricotta, half of the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, basil and garlic in a bowl and set aside. 2. Spread 1 cup of sauce in a 13x9 baking pan. 3. Place 3 uncooked lasagna sheets at the bottom of the pan, add a layer of 1/4 of the cheese mixture, and then layer with 1 cup of sauce. Place 3 lasagna sheets and repeat layers until all of the cheese mixture is gone, with the last layer being sauce. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. 5. Remove foil, top with the second half of the shredded mozzarella, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Cut and serve. Offering a light and fluffy texture, the addition of hummus also lets you use less oil! 1 link sweet Italian sausage, removed from casing, cooked and broken into small pieces ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil 2 cups pancake/waffle mix DIRECTIONS: cup egg whites 1 cup milk ½ cup Sabra Classic Hummus 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preheat waffle iron. Combine waffle mix, egg whites, milk, hummus and olive oil in a large bowl and stir until combined and smooth. Add the cooked sausage, sun-dried tomatoes and basil and stir until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Batter will be pretty thick. Grease the waffle iron with baking spray, then spoon the batter onto the waffle iron. making the season sparkle What better way to celebrate the holidays than with the crisp, refreshing taste of Welch s Sparkling Juice Cocktails? sparkling holiday punch 3 cups of cold water 3/4 cup sugar 5 cinnamon sticks 1 bottle Welch s Sparkling Red or Sparkling White Grape Juice Cocktail, chilled 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup lemon juice 3 bottles (16 oz. each) lemon-lime soda, chilled Ice cubes made with Welch s Sparkling Red or Sparkling White Grape Juice Cocktail In medium saucepan, combine water, sugar and cinnamon sticks to make cinnamon syrup. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks, cover and refrigerate two hours. In a large punch bowl, combine cinnamon syrup, Sparkling Red or Sparkling White Grape Juice Cocktail, orange juice, lemon juice and soda. Add ice cubes. If desired, garnish punch with additional cinnamon sticks or fruit-filled ice cubes, orange, lemon or lime slices. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes about 30 1/2-cup servings.
