Make sure electricity supply is 110V ~ 60HZ. 2. This unit is intended for household use only. Do not use the unit outdoors or for purposes other than intended. 3. Use unit only as described in the manual. 4. To prevent electrical shock: Do not submerge the unit, cord or plug into water. Always unplug the unit from outlet when not in use or before cleaning. If the power cord is damaged, discontinue use immediately. 5. Close supervision is required when the unit is used by or near children, 6. Operation Instructions 1. Remove all packaging materials and labels. 2. Clean the blades and the tank thoroughly before use. (See Cleaning and Maintenance ) 3. Add ingredients and water to tank. Ensure that water level is not below minimum level or above maximum level. 4. Place the Motor Head over the tank and turn the handle clockwise to lock it in place. 5. Plug unit into power outlet. 6. Press ON/OFF button to turn unit on. 7. Press MENU to select appropriate function. 8. Press START to begin the process. 9. The alarm will sound and the function key will light up when the process is complete. 10. Turn the Motor Head counter-clockwise to open the unit. Pour out the contents and enjoy! Recipes Soy Milk Paste Soup 1. Traditional Soy Milk ½ cup dry soy beans or 1 cup soaked soy beans. 2. Black Soy Milk ½ cup black soy beans or 1 cup soaked black soy beans a. Put either wet or dry beans into tank c. Select Soymilk function then press START. 1. Longan Rice Paste 2 tablespoons longan fruit, 1/2 cup rice. 2. Pumpkin Rice Paste ½ cup glutinous rice, 2 tablespoons pumpkin paste. a. Put clean rice and ingredients into tank. c. Select the Paste function then press START. 1. Tomato 3 cups of chopped tomato, 5 teaspoons tomato sauce, ½ cup chopped onion, ½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 4 ½ tablespoons cream. 2. Pumpkin 2 ½ cups pumpkin puree, ½ cup chopped onion, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup cream. 3. Carrot Potato 1 cup chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped potato, ¼ cup chopped green beans, ½ cup chopped leak, ½ cup chopped onion. a. Put ingredients in tank according to recipe. c. Select Soup function then press START. Fruit/Vegetable Juice 1. Kiwi & Banana Juice 3 kiwis, 1 banana. 2. Apple Pineapple 2 apples, 3 slices pineapple, 2 cups milk. a. Cut fruit or vegetables into pieces no larger than 1 Inch. b. Put ingredients into tank. c. Fill with water up to midpoint of tank. d. Select Fruit/Vegetable Juice function then press and hold START to blend. e. When blending in completed, release the START button to stop the operation.
Control Panel 1. ON/OFF Plug Soup Maker into an outlet and press ON/OFF button. Machine is now ready to use. 2. MENU Selects relevant function: Soymilk, Porridge, Paste, Soup, Fruit/Vegetable Juice or Self-Clean. 3. START Press START after selecting desired function. Cleaning & Maintenance 1. Do not immerse tank or power cord in water. 2. Blades are very sharp; handle with care. 3. Clean and dry blades thoroughly after each use to avoid rust. 4. Clean the unit using the Self-Cleaning function after every use. a. Fill with water to midpoint of tank. b. Select the Self-Clean function and press START. 5. Store in a cool, dry place.
