Fifteen minutes before Mass begins we will line up in a designated area. Further details regarding this procession will be available on Labor Day weekend. We believe that the Church service should be treated as a critical component of our special weekend as we wish to thank our dear Lord for all that He has provided to us throughout our lives. Jugendwettbewerb 2017 Sunday, September 3 rd, 2:00 PM Location: Main Hall Competition floor size: 20 ft. x 35 ft. *Performances will be on a portion of the parquet floor. Seating arrangements: All tables will be removed and the chairs will be arranged in a horseshoe around the dance floor. Judges: Judges will be seated on all four sides of the dance floor, including on the stage. Entrance: One entrance at the front of the dance floor. Groups will line up in the hallway by the bathroom and will march on towards the stage. Exit: Two exits at the rear of the dance floor. There is an exit from the building on either side of the stage and groups may choose to exit in either direction. EXIT SEATING 35ft ENTRANCE STAGE 20ft DANCE FLOOR SEATING EXIT SEATING Available equipment: We will provide 4 cordless microphones and 2 corded microphones. The sound system can play from either a CD or an MP3 player. Standard cords/jacks will be available but we recommend bringing your own. All details are subject to change.
Hotel Information All Hotels are reserved from Friday, Sept 1 through Monday, Sept 4 Each city is responsible for booking its own hotel rooms If you are interested in holding a practice at your hotel, please have your dance music on CD and ipod. The hotels cannot guarantee which equipment will be available when you practice.
