FUNCTION AREAS DECK BAR Our Deck Bar is a perfect spot for your smaller function and is ideal for up to 70 people for a sit down or a cocktail style function. It is tastefully appointed and has a roof that can be opened and closed, palm trees, TV for your slide shows and a connection for your ipod to our state of the art in house hi-fi system. The Deck bar is served by our main bar facility. We have a minimum spend of $1000 between food and beverage in our Deck Bar, with a minimum of $500 of the spend on food, and a deposit will secure the room for you. DASH BAR Our Dash Bar is a stunning facility that has been superbly appointed and has its own bar and toilet facilities, a TV for slide shows, an ipod connection to our state of the art in house hi-fi system, a small speaker system for your speeches and is complete with disabled toilet and lift access. We can accommodate up to 160 people in our Dash Bar and we have a variety of options of how to set the room up. We require a deposit for the Dash Bar and a minimum spend of $2500 between food and beverage, with a minimum of $1000 of the spend on food. THE HAROLD PARK HOTEL The entire hotel has a capacity of 450 people and we have previously hosted private functions that have made use of the entire hotel. Call us to discuss the options.

EXTRAS TECHNOLOGY We have DJ points in each room that allows us to hook up your ipod or any other musical device through our in house music system (we have the best music system in the Inner West! You can trust our 30,000-song play list)! A television is available in both rooms for slide shows, DVDs etc. and a small microphone and speaker system for speeches. Trivia nights can be arranged upon request and you are able to bring your own entertainment i.e. DJ or the like upon discussion, or alternatively we can organize entertainment for you upon request. DECORATION We are able to decorate the Dash Bar for your function for a fee of $250 but you are also free to decorate the room as you wish yourself or bring in outside decorators. SECURITY Our house policy dictates that for 21st birthday functions and all other functions in the hotel you may require security guards to monitor underage access and Responsible Service of Alcohol among other things. This is at a charge of $35 per hour, and charged to the host.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEPOSIT AND BOOKINGS Your function date is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and along with receipt of your signed Harold Park Hotel booking form. Should we not receive the confirmation as stated we reserve the right to release the booking date. All deposits will be credited to your account. PAYMENTS Payment will be processed at the completion of the function via cash, eftpos or credit card. FOOD AND BEVERAGE We require a minimum of five (5) days notice for your food and beverage selection. The Harold Park reserves the right to alter the products to a similar product if requested product is unavailable. MINIMUM SPEND The organiser is responsible to meet the specified minimum spend requirements as specified by the hotel. If minimum spend is not reached the organizer is required to make up the difference as a room hire fee. CONSUMPTION POLICY Strictly no food or beverage is to be brought onto The Harold Park Hotel premises for consumption unless prior authorization has been given by management e.g cakes etc. CONDUCT The organiser must conduct their function in full compliance with the rules and regulations of Harold Park management and all applicable laws, including liquor laws, health and safety regulations and fire regulations. The Harold Park reserves the right to eject from the premises any person who behaves in a manner deemed to be objectionable.
