Both were amazing, but the experience of cooking steak on a stone was so delicious and enjoyable that I decided I had to bring this concept to America. In 2008, we opened Rok Bistro in Downtown Sunnyvale and in 2014 we opened Rok Steakhouse & Grill in San Jose.
