ADDITIONAL HOURS All Rental Fees are priced for up to three hours of reserved space. If client wishes to extend event length, the rate is $250.00 for each additional hour. CANCELLATION POLICIES Rental Fee Cancellations for Buyouts: Same Day Cancellations receive 0% refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made before 10 days of event receive 100% refund. Rental Fee Cancellations for Non-Buyouts: Same Day Cancellations receive 0% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours before event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made before 72 hours of event receive 100% refund.
