Guaranteed Guest Count and Minimums A final confirmation of your anticipated number of guests is required by Noon, 3 business days prior to your event(s). This guarantee will be the minimum number charged. Should you fail to contact the Grand Park Event Center, we will use the expected number of guests on your Banquet Event Order or contract, whichever is higher. Please note that some meals require a minimum number of guests. For more information regarding minimums, please feel free to contact our sales team. Also, The Grand Park Event Center prohibits any outside food or beverage in all spaces. Liquor Liability The Grand Park Event Center practices a strict alcohol awareness policy and reserves the right to refuse service. All guests must provide proper I.D. and be 21 years of age or older if they want to purchase alcohol. A Bartender fee of $75 applies to all bars. Service Charges and Tax Service Charge, Indiana State and City Sales Tax will be applied to all Food, Beverage, Room Rental and Miscellaneous charges.
