FIRST USE The instructions on this page are valid for the first set-up of the device and for easy cleaning of the milk frother. EN WARNING: Never put the base (F) into dishwasher. Only the milk container (A), lid (G) and whisk (I) are dishwasher safe. Carefully read the instructions. Never use sharp cleaning agents, hard nylon brush or metal brush to avoid scratches on the stainless steel surface! Never clean with metal objects and never use abrasives. Never immerse into water or other liquids. 1 2 3 4 Unpack the box with care, keep all the packaging materials until you are satisfied everything is present and in working order. To disassemble unit for cleaning, open levers (C) from the base (F) by pulling out and upward to release the milk container (A). Clean the milk container (A) immediately after each use. Flush and clean the inner walls using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Then dry with a soft towel. Remove the lid (G) from the milk container (A) and clean with warm soapy water. 8 MyMilky PRO

Never use sharp cleaning objects such as hard nylon or metal brushes or abrasive cleaning agents to avoid scratching on the stainless steel surface or on the inside of milk container. Clean the base (F) with a soft cloth. NOTE! Never put the base (F) in the dishwasher or immerse into water or other liquids. MyMilky PRO 9

DAILY USE - HEATING MILK EN 1 2 3 4 Plug in the unit. Pour the milk or chocolate milk into the milk container (A). Pay attention to the MAX capacity lines. Caution with overfilling to avoid frother from overflowing. Put the milk container (A) onto the base (F). 5 6 7 8 ERROR Ensure the rubber seal is in place on the lid (G) and remove the whisk (I) before placing back onto the milk container (A). Close both levers (C) by pressing down and pushing in. Push the button (D) for heating milk. The indicator light (D) will come on to indicate the heater is on. After heating is completed, the indicator light (D) will keep flashing for an additional 30 seconds. Error status: If the indicator light (D) keeps flashing, this means the machine is overloaded with milk. Pull out the power cable and pour some of the milk out until you get below the MAX line, plug the unit back in and try again. Unplug the connection plug. 10 MyMilky PRO

EN DAILY USE - HEATING MILK 9 10 Open the levers (C) and carefully pull the levers (C) out from the milk container (A) and remove lid (G). Pour your heated milk from the milk container (A) into your coffee or milk drink. MyMilky PRO 11

DAILY USE - FROTHING COLD MILK EN 1 2 3 4 Plug in the unit. Pour the milk into the milk container (A). Pay attention to the MAX capacity lines. Caution with overfilling to avoid frother from overflowing. Put the milk container (A) onto the base (F). 5 6 7 8 ERROR Ensure the rubber seal is in place and the whisk (I) is inserted before placing lid (G) onto the milk container (A). Close both levers (C) by pressing down and pushing in. 12 MyMilky PRO Pour the cold milk into the milk container (A) and push the button for cold frothing (E) then the indicator light (E) will turn on. After approx. 65 seconds the cold frothing is complete. After cold frothing is complete, the indicator light (E) will keep flashing for an additional 30 seconds. Error status: If the indicator light (E) keeps flashing. The machine is overloaded with milk. Pull out the power cable and pour some of the milk out until you get below the MAX line, plug the unit back in and try again. Unplug the connection plug.

CLEANING WARNING: The unit must be thoroughly cleaned after each use. To clean, do not use any harsh chemicals, corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. EN IMPORTANT: Carefully read the instructions. To disassemble unit for cleaning, open levers (C) from the bottom by pulling out and upward to release the milk container (A). Remove the lid (G) from the base (F), take the whisk out and let cool. The whisk can be removed from the lid by pulling out. Clean the milk frother immediatley after each use. The Lid (G), Milk container (A) and whisk (I) are dishwasher safe (upper rack). Place it carefully into your dishwasher and store in a safe place. 16 MyMilky PRO

JCS, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. RECIPES with MARTELLO CAFÈ RECIPES with MARTELLO CAFÈ RECIPES LATTE MACCHIATO 40 ml MARTELLO - Ristretto 210 ml milk First heat/froth the milk with your milk frother MARTELLO My Milky Pro. Fill the glass with the milk and foam and let it rest for about 60 seconds. Now put the glass under the coffee outlet of your MARTELLO espresso machine and let the coffee pour into the glass, so that the coffee builds a layer between milk and milk foam. VANILLA CAPPUCCINO 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar 50 ml milk 40 ml MARTELLO - Crema Gusto Some cocoa powder Heat/froth the milk with your milk frother MARTELLO My milky Pro. Then add vanilla sugar to the milk and stir it. Prepare your Espresso from your MARTELLO espresso machine as shown in the instruction manual. Now pour the milk and foam into the coffee mug, on top of the Espresso. Finally put some cocoa powder on top. 20 MyMilky PRO

with MARTELLO CAFÈ RECIPES with MARTELLO CAFÉ RECIPES with MAR For the caramel: 100 g sugar 40 g butter 150 ml whipping cream For the coffee: 40 ml MARTELLO - Gourmet Gold 150 ml milk (3,5 % fat) 2 tbsp. (tablespoon) Caramel sauce CARAMEL LATTE MACCHIATO Melt sugar in a small pot until it turns brown, take it off the stove and add butter and whipping cream, stir it and cook shortly. Heat up and froth the milk with your frother MARTELLO My Milky Pro. Put approximately 2 tbsp. of caramel sauce into a glass, add the milk and leave for 60 sec. Now add the coffee from the MARTELLO espresso machine to the glass so that the coffee builds a layer between the milk and milk foam. Finally put some caramel sauce on top of the milk foam.
