Why in Singapore? Because Singaporeans are producing a high quality chocolate that is not yet well-known to the public! In fact, Singapore chocolate is currently better known by bakery, confectionery and ice cream manufacturers rather than by consumers who enjoy it regularly without knowing it. So we feel that this will be a chance for Singaporeans to learn more about their chocolate and be proud of it. In addition, the vibrant environment for the culinary industry in Asia and in particular in Singapore makes it a perfect location to start a business focused on chocolate innovation. The incredible mix of cultures here develops creativity and encourages new experiences. Where are the ingredients coming from? For our major ingredient, chocolate, it is made in Singapore. Other fresh ingredients such as spices are bought straight from the market nearby on the day of the production. Other premium ingredients that are not produced in Singapore are all imported from France until local manufacturer will have developed and started producing them. What is your vision? We are at the start of our journey but we seek to become the reference in Asia and later worldwide for modern pralines, using Singapore chocolate. We are committed to develop local skills in chocolate and to encourage culinary innovation applied in chocolate products. Other pictures on demand
