PRIVATE HIRE & CORPORATE EVENTS Exclusive use of a Central London venue adds a little x-factor to any event. Bierschenke has a capacity of 300 seated and 150 standing and we offer Corporate Packages with or without food. DRINKS We offer an unrivalled selection of the best German beers as well as wines, Champagnes, Spirits and Schnapps. For larger groups we recommend that you open a tab (which can be limited by the drinks that are available, by the amount or both) and allow your guests to enjoy the flexibility of ordering their own drinks. Please contact us and we can discuss your options in advance. We don t recommend pre-poured beer as this is best served when your guests arrive. The better alternative is to order personal beer kegs, from our brewery in Munich, that can be set up in your area. There is more information on this below. Paulaner Hell, Krombacher Pils, Hacker-Pschorr Hefe Weisse, Hacker-Pschorr Dunkel are available on draught and we stock a selection of bottled beers and Rekorderlig Cider.
ENTERTAINMENT LIVE BAND Since 1978, The Bavarian Strollers have excited audiences all over the world. Less OomPah and more Oom-Pop- Pah, their unique style brings audiences to their feet in seconds and they are available for your event. The Bavarian Strollers have included many of the country s top musicians and, dressed in their traditional Lederhosen and with a repertoire that spans the cultural divide from drinking songs to Delilah, they will get an entire audience singing, clapping and dancing even before they start with the German toasts or Prosits. The Bavarian Strollers are available as a 4-piece, 5-piece or 6-piece band. The standard line-up is clarinet, trumpet, trombone and tuba but adding the accordion and drums will change the sound and atmosphere. Prices start from 680 (incl. VAT) PERSONAL BEER BARREL Give your guests a true Oktoberfest experience by tapping a barrel of beer. Whatever event you are planning, order your own barrel of Bavarian craft beer from Bierschenke and party like a Bavarian. Choose either: Bierschenke Lager A quaffable, aromatic, bottom-fermented lager, characterised by its light yellow-golden colour and rounded finish. Bierschenke Kellerbier A smooth, unfiltered, bottom-fermented lager distinguished by its cloudy golden colour, spicy flavour and sweet finish. Please pre-order at least 4 weeks in advance. 300 per 20l keg (approx. 34 pints)
PRESENTATIONS Our beerhall is eqipped with a state of the art audio visual system, including 4 HD 160 inch projectors and 6 HD 60 inch TVs. All are usable with wireless connections from your phone or laptop in your area We provide a wireless Microphone PA System and can provide a DJ set up. PUB QUIZ Our audio visual system and the size and layout of our beerhall are ideal for a pub quiz which can be combined with the hire of our house band The Bavarian for Strollers We can also provide a Quiz Master (price on request) PHOTO BOOTH Our photo booth is available for hire and can offer individual branded prints as a memento for your guests. The perfect tool to create brand awareness for your clients. ( 250) KARAOKE If you are looking for a more informal function we can create a Karaoke set up in a dedicated area. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION Deposit & Billing Details A 10 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Deposits must be received and funds cleared prior to your event. We accept deposits by cash, cheque and credit card. Credit card details must be provided over the phone or in person. The final bill can be paid by credit card on the evening. Terms & Conditions When making a reservation at Bierschenke you are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below. 1. All prices include VAT at 20%. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. 2. If the booking includes pre-ordered food, confirmation of final numbers is required seven working days prior to the date of the function. You will be charged on the basis of the last agreed number and should the number of guests attending be fewer, you will be liable for the numbers previously notified. 3. Bierschenke reserve the right to reduce your party area if the numbers present do not reflect the numbers for which you booked. 4. A deposit is required in order to confirm your event. If you cancel within seven, working days of your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. 5. Final numbers for the individual menu choices must be given a minimum of seven days prior to your booking. We are happy to discuss the menu and vegetarians and special dietary requirements can be accommodated, within reason, by prior arrangement.. 6. Only drinks supplied by Bierschenke are permitted for consumption on the premises. 7. You undertake to ensure orderly conduct by members of your party. Any losses or damage caused to Bierschenke or its property, members of staff, other guests or their property will be your responsibility. 8. Bierschenke shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations to you as a result of causes beyond our reasonable control these include strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, fire or bad weather conditions. 9. Any goods and items remaining on the premises are left at the owner s risk. 10. The final account is payable at the end of the event. We accept most major credit cards. Cheques and BACS payments are accepted by prior arrangement and must be received in cleared funds prior to the event. Cheques should be made payable to Bierschenke ltd. 11. If your booking is subject to an agreed minimum spend, you will be liable in respect of any shortfall between the actual amount spent and agreed minimum.
