We look forward to seeing you and serving you. The Sutter Street Steakhouse Banquet Room is attached to the main dining area, but provides a private section for your special event. Our facility is perfect for birthdays, wedding rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, religious celebrations, graduations, fundraisers, and private meetings. With an array of menu options and an extensive wine list, we are sure that you will find us to be the ideal fit for your next event. The Banquet Room at Sutter Street Steakhouse seats 5060 guests, with an additional cocktail area on the patio. The room can be modified for appetizer events or for plated dinners.
Private Dining Guide Reservations: All reservations for the banquet room will be made through the banquet manager. The reservation must be made at least ten (10) days prior to event with the exception of special holidays* and the entire month of December. Deposits: There is a nonrefundable deposit/room fee of $150 for all events SundayThursday There is a nonrefundable deposit/room fee of $250 for all events on Fridays and Saturdays. This Deposit does not go towards the final bill, but is a separate charge for reserving the Private Room. Minimums: Sunday through Thursday there is a $1000.00 food and beverage minimum, which is pretax and service charge. Any additional costs will be added at the end of service. The minimum price is changed for special holidays* and the entire month of December. Friday and Saturday there is a $2,500.00 food and beverage minimum, which is pretax and service charge. Any additional costs will be added at the end of service. The minimum price is changed for special holidays* and the entire month of December. For all lunch events there is a $750.00 food and beverage minimum, which is pretax and service charge. Any additional costs will be added at the end of service. The minimum price is changed for special holidays* and the entire month of December. A guaranteed guest count along with the menu choices are required at least ten (10) days prior to the event. The final guest count number may be increased with additional charges. If the number of guest in attendance is less than the final guest count, the customer may be required to pay the greater number. An A/V System can be provided by request for a nominal fee of $100. A/V service can be added at any time. Standard 8% sales tax will be added to all events. The final charges will be calculated at the end of the event. One (1) bill will be presented to the host. Up to 4 credit cards may be used however we do not allow separate checks for banquets, unless previously discussed with the Banquet Manager.
