Budgeting for your event Unless you re a member of the Saudi royal family or a founder of Google, there s a very good chance you ll be working to a budget for your event and need to keep a close eye on the costs. So, whilst no two events are ever the same and we ll work with you to create a truly bespoke event, which will determine the final price, as a starter for ten, we ve put together some ballpark figures to give you an idea of our pricing. What s included in our GUIDE prices? The prices below are based on a 2 to 3 hour reception with the sample drinks package shown above. A full drinks list and cocktail bar service is also available and all drinks are charged on consumption so you ll only pay for the amount your guests drink. The guide prices are shown inclusive of: an event planner and manager to look after every aspect of your event from the first phone call to the last sweep of the floor; all front and back of house staffing; catering equipment and transport charges to central venues in London.
