Try our Custom grown plant program. Tag the variety you want in early April, and We ll grow it on for you until you are ready to plant. Last average frost date is April 15th, we suggest sometime after April 25-May 15 for best results. For a later harvest, plant into Mid-June. NeffFamilyFarm.com

Big Rainbow Indeterminate-Heirloom-The flesh inside is marbled with red in the bottom half of the fruit. It has a big, lumpy beefsteak shape with a very mild and sweet flavor. It's a knockout on a platter with slices of our other tomato varieties. The large fruits (often 22 oz.) are borne on tall plants. Celebrity Determinate.-Disease resistant-great flavor in firm, 8-oz., crackfree fruits. Performs well in almost every region and under adverse conditions. Good crack resistance, a long time Kansas favorite. Good blight tolerance and foliage cover. Cherry Falls Indeterminate-Heirloom - Tidy habit and good early establishment makes this a good choice for adding to mixed flowering container and large baskets. Very vigorous, 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 oz., juicy, bright red fruits crop heavily over a long harvest period. Plants cascade 36 to 40" and reach just 6" in height. Cherokee Purple Indeterminate-Heirloom -Cultivated by Native American Cherokee tribe. Very productive plants producing loads of dusky rose to purple colored, 12 oz.-1 lb., beefsteak tomatoes with deep red colors to the interior flesh and dark shoulders. A very popular market variety because of it's rich, complex and sweet flavors. One of the best tasting heirloom tomatoes. Chocolate Cherry Indeterminate- These cherries have both skin and flesh shaded an attractive combination of port wine and chestnut with a comparably delicious and multifaceted flavor. The super productive, indeterminate plants produce trusses of 1 inch round fruit nonstop. We've found them enjoyable harvested fully mature, or even picked several days before they're fully ripe, then allowed to finish indoors. Early Doll Indeterminate.-Early type with brilliant red fruit that have excellent flavor. Finding an early tomato with flavor this good is hard to do. Early Doll is extremely prolific and continues to produce throughout the season.

Early Girl Semi-determinate.- Large clusters of 5 oz. fruits are borne extremely early, continues longer than most varieties. Globe to slightly flattened shape. Bright red and meaty with a lot of flavor and aroma. A prodigious producer. Giant Belgium Indeterminate- Heirloom - Plant produces good yields of huge 2 lb to 5 lb dark pink beefsteak tomatoes. Tomatoes are very sweet, are meaty, and turn dark pink when mature. A low acidity tomato that is excellent for salads, sandwiches, and canning. So huge you only need one slice per sandwich. Granny Smith Indeterminate -Plant produces good yields of 8 oz green tomatoes. The tomatoes are flavorful and stay green when fully mature. Excellent slicing tomato which can be diced without becoming mushy. Perfect for grilling or frying. Keeps for two weeks after picking. Japanese Black Trifele Indeterminate- Heirloom - This short potato leaf plant yields prolific quantities of 6 oz. fruit that looks like a beautiful mahogany-colored Bartlett pear with greenish shoulders. Very tasty flesh with a meaty core that produces luscious fruit all summer long. A work of art sliced out on a plate and a wonderful flavor that possesses extraordinary rich and complex flavors. The Black Trifele is one of the blackest varieties available and is resistant to cracking. Jubilee Indeterminate.-1943 All-America Selections Winner! 72 days. Lycopersicon esculentum. Plant produces high yields of goldenyellow tomatoes. Excellent for making tomato juice and canning. Also good in salads and cooking. A low acidity variety. Juliet Indeterminate-1999 All-America Selections Winner! Plant produces high yields of glossy red grape shaped tomatoes. Tomatoes are very sweet and perfect for salads and gourmet dishes. Grows in clusters like grapes too. Holds on the vine longer than any other cherry tomato. Crack Resistant. Indeterminate. Kellogg s Breakfast Indeterminate- Heirloom - 1 lb., pale to deep orange beefsteak tomatoes originally from West Virginia, that are thin-skinned, meaty, have few seeds and a fantastic sweet, tangy flavor. Juice and inside flesh have the same bright orange color as orange juice.

Lemon Boy Indeterminate-Disease Resistant-Plant produces good yields of large 8 oz bright lemon yellow tomatoes. Tomatoes are very flavorful, low acid and few seeds. Excellent for salads sandwiches, and gourmet dishes. Lizzano semi-determinate Disease resistant-2011 All American Selection Winner-Patio tomatoes are great space savers, but the flavor often disappoints. 'Lizzano' promises not to sacrifice taste for convenience. Compact plants produce a respectable yield over a into fall. The 1-inch fruits are about the size of a cherry. Probably the biggest feature is that it is Late Blight tolerant. Mega Bite Determinate a tomato plant compact enough to grow in a container on the patio, yet strong enough to grow big beefsteak fruits, and productive enough to set up to 60 on every plant! Mega Bite is the future, and it's waiting for you right now! This very sturdy, heavy-yielding plant sets 4- to 6-ounce fruit of bright red, globular and beautiful, on very short lateral branches. Mexico Midget indeterminate -A prolific currant type with fruits weighing 5 g or half the size of the average cherry. Produces hundreds of fruits throughout the season until frost. Very prolific plants continue producing heavily throughout the entire season right up to frost. Fruits are scarlet, perfectly round with a rich fresh tangy, zippy, flavor that finishes with a little spice very addicting. Great for salads, eating out of hand or for cooking. Use strong stakes for this one or gracefully drape it over a low arch so the kids can help themselves. Pineapple (German) Indeterminate- Heirloom This German tomato is a stand-out in everyone's garden. Bi-colored red and yellow fruit grows very large, up to 2 lbs., and is streaked with red both inside and out. The flavor is wonderful, rich, fruity and sweet. Strong vines bear an abundant crop. Red Bounty Determinate.-Trialed this is 2012, our best producer. This large to extra-large fruited beauty should be considered by all growers in areas of the US that are plagued with Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus. Red Bounty hybrid tomato offers resistance to this devastating disease where previous varieties only offered intermediate resistance. Its globe-shaped fruit are uniform ripening and have a deep red color and great eating quality. The large determinate plants offer good protection to their fruit and also have resistance to Nematodes.

Roma Determinate.-Disease resistant -Premium canner, ideal for sauce and paste. Pear-shaped scarlet fruits are thick and meaty with few seeds. Great for eating fresh, in salsas, canning or juicing. Super Sweet 100 s Indeterminate - Scarlet, cherry-sized tomatoes produce long clusters right up to frost. Cherry tomatoes bursting with sugary flavor. The scarlet, cherry-sized fruits are produced in long pendulous clusters right up to frost. Grow on stakes or a fence. Sweet Yellow Pear Indeterminate -Early yielding plant produces heavy yields of sweet 1 ½" yellow pear shaped tomatoes. A great tasting tomato. Excellent in salads and eating fresh. A variety from the USA. Terenzo Determinate If you prefer your cherry tomatoes on the sweet side, 'Terenzo' is for you. It has a brix sugar content of 6.0%. cherry tomato plant just won't quit, producing an amazing harvest of round, sweet, crack-resistant 1¼'' fruits. An All-America Selections winner, this superproducer excels in containers and hanging baskets, a snackable pleasure for the eyes and palate. Compact dwarf plants 16-20'' tall and 20'' wide set all their fruits over a short period, making harvesting a snap. 56 days to maturity. Tomatillo Determinate Also called husk tomato, for the paper-like calyx or husk that encloses each fruit. They are grown about like tomatoes, except that they are seldom staked; they do tend to be a bit faster from seed than most tomatoes, and a little more tolerant to cold weather. Tomatillos are used in fresh salsas, and cooked in any number of sauces, including Mexican-style chili verde. Trench-planting a tomato Only topmost leaf cluster is kept. Stem soon strenghtens out. Fruit Begins forming at Ground level, without wasting stem growing room. Stem is buried close to surface, air and warmth, which tomatoes want. New roots and root hairs will soon form, adding greatly to tomato s ability to take up nutrients and moisture. Cutwormcollar, half-buried half-exposed. Leaf removed. 1 inch compost in bottom of trench Stripped stem, now buried to becom extra root trunk. or 5-10-10 coverd with 1 inch of soil In dry summer periods, all these extra roots (opportunities to absorb available moisture) mean the difference between middling and spectacular results.
