Our event directors and coordinators offer a private and professional experience from the moment you first walk into our doors. From initial meeting to execution, your event will be given the attention to detail it deserves. MAIN HALL PACKAGE The Main Hall Package includes access to the Main Hall, The East Terrace and the Mezzanine Level. Perfect for groups of 80 to 400 people. Sunday Thursday = $487.50/hour (2-hour minimum) Friday Saturday = $2,850.00 (4-hour event period) MEZZANINE This package includes the private Mezzanine Room and Catwalk. Ideal for smaller meetings and groups of 80 people or less. Sunday Thursday = $200.00/hour (2-hour minimum) Friday Saturday = $800.00 (4-hour event period) ROOFTOP GARDEN PACKAGE The Rooftop Garden Package includes access to the Rooftop Garden, one of Louisville s largest rooftop venues. Accommodates parties of 300 or less. Sunday Thursday = $375.00/hour (2-hour minimum) Friday Saturday = $2,200.00 (4-hour event period) EAST TERRACE The East Terrace is perfect for cocktail functions and smaller gatherings for 150 people or less. Sunday Thursday = $200.00/hour (2-hour minimum) Friday Saturday = $800.00 (4-hour event period) Rental rates include all tables & chairs, on-site coordination, housekeeping, set-up, and break down. Crushed Ice Catering has been the exclusive caterer to the Ice House since inception in 2010. Crushed Ice Catering s ability to please and exceed Client's expectations is unprecedented in the Louisville market. The Ice House is exclusive with C&H Audio Visual for all audio/visual needs. DISCOUNTS The Ice House offers a variety of discounts: 10% non-profit discount (with proof of non-profit status) 50% discount off of the venue rental fee if food and beverage expenditures meet or exceed $2,500.00 for events taking place Mondays through Thursdays. Off Season Discounts: 20% off the venue package price in the following months: January, February, July and November RENTAL RULES & POLICIES The Ice House recommends that you schedule an appointment with your event coordinator to review the Ice House s full event packet of information, including Crushed Ice Catering s menu and guidelines. The Ice House offers tours by appointment only.
