Cut Rite V9 MDF Door Library Software: Cut Rite Version 9 1
Cut Rite Nesting for MDF Doors Combining the powerful Cut Rite NE + MI + PL + PQ modules The Cut Rite NE module contains an advanced set of nesting algorithms for rectangular and true shaped nesting and can handle the varied requirements of small, medium and large companies. NE also allows the user to manage and nest multiple materials grained and non grained with multiple sheet sizes of each and merge information with similar jobs to maximize efficiency and yield potential. The Cut Rite Board Library allows you to create an index of standard materials with multiple sheet sizes and manipulate them for individual jobs. Cut Rite produces detailed nesting results that can be electronically transferred to CNC machines and routers. NE also offers the ability to edit the nested results allowing the most efficient use of offcut areas or to create specific part arrangements. Reports include material usage, yield information, costing, parts produced and pattern drawings. NE also includes a variety of parameters that allows the user to control the nested results including how small parts are produced, whether or not they require skin cuts or if they can be placed on the edge of the panel. Parts can also be prioritized allowing them to be produced before other non priority parts. The Package Includes the Machining Interface Library MI that allows the user to program full parametric part machining operations with all necessary tooling information for each part or MDF Door. Whether vertical drilling, routing of grooves, arcs, arches or cut outs and contours, with this system you can enter exact dimensions for all the CNC machining needed by the part or door. Barcode Parts Labels: NE includes the full custom label layout editor for the creation of individual part labels at your workplace. Whether text, graphics or barcodes, you can customize the layout to suit your particular part identification system. Combining the PL & PQ modules allows for an entire user defined catalog to be created for each Part or specific MDF door style including any specific labeling data required for each part and allows all the detailed parameters, formulae and variables to be applied for quick and easy customizing of doors on a job by job basis. These libraries are pre configured for all the door styles shown below and are fully parametric and customizable. PL & PQ libraries can be used for many other types of fully parametric products including Cabinets, Casework, Fixtures, Furniture, Displays and much more. Each custom Job can be manually entered in Cut Rite PQ Product Requirements or Electronically imported directly from existing Spreadsheets or many other Order Entry Software systems. Please find Listed below the standard Door Styles included with this Package followed by example configuration settings. 2
