WELCOME TO HIGHTAIL Hightail is a brand new CBD fringe venue and the perfect space for a celebration. With bold colours, greenery and hints of wildness throughout, Hightail will transport your guests into a different world. Hightail is effortlessly split into three sections. Whether you are having casual drinks for 30, an engagement celebration for 150 or a networking event for 300, Hightail has a perfect and unique space for your group. Alternatively, for any numbers between 500 900 guests you have the option to exclusively hire the entire venue and have full flexibility with our assistance to deliver your perfect, original, unforgettable event. WE DO THE HARD WORK FOR YOU All events include full event management with an experienced function manager, plus a personal on-site event operations manager on the day. Throughout the planning process, the function manager will finalise all details with you and walk you through your full event. We will also assist in any additional extras you want to organise for those one-off memorable events, such as wristbands, personalised menus and signage, security, bollards and catering flexibility. All spaces are based on a minimum food and beverage spend instead of an area hire so there are no hidden costs when considering your budget. 2 3 CATERING Casual cocktails, sit-down dinner or high-end canapes Hightail has opened in collaboration with our on-site vendors Mr Burger, Belles Hot Chicken and Super Taco so you have the option of ordering a mixture of their delicious range of food served on platters direct to your guests for a novelty catering item. Or for a more upscale feeling we also have a full high-end canape and grazing table menu for you to choose from directly. Do keep in mind though we are more than happy to tailor our packages to your requirements and include both of the above options into a package that suits you.
FUNCTION AREA 60 to 180 people Our function area which is at the far end of Hightail is a semi-private area including a completely private balcony for your group. This area has permanent booth furniture surrounding the space and the remainder of the area is completely flexible for set-up as you prefer. There is also an inclusive high-tech projector and screen & microphone as well as your own sound and lighting control within and you still have direct & private access to our full Wine Bar. This area is separated by a large curtain and security bollards ensuring your event is exclusive but you still are able to embrace the full atmosphere of the bar. FUNCTION AREA & WINE BAR 180 to 600 people For slightly larger numbers you then have the complete access and privacy to our entire Wine Bar, Function Area and private balcony not to mention the option of accessing the extension area of our bar. Also included is our high-tech data projector, microphone, lighting & sound control as well as the complete flexibility to set the space however best suits your group while embracing the different sections to cater to the comforts of all your guests. ATRIUM 30 to 80 people Our Atrium has floor to ceiling windows surrounding the entire space and looking out to our beer bar. Sit at our range of picnic tables with the sun streaming in on your guests and enjoy the reserved space while still being involved in the entire atmosphere of the bar. EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE 600 to 900 people 4 5 Exclusively hire the entire of Hightail which is inclusive of two full bars expanding out to 100 metres of length as well as two fully heated covered balconies, our floor to ceiling windowed atrium, high-end function area and most excitingly our extension area leading out to Mr Burger and Super Taco. This space has the entire flexibility to make it whatever you want, whether we fill it with drink carts, donut walls, burger towers or theme it specifically it is another additional space to wow your guests on the night. Within Hightail you will have full access to our two high-tech data projector and screens, three 60 plasma screens, microphones, entire lighting and sound control as well as our connection to our full DJ set-up within the DJ booth.
