The General de Vidrieras company is created. New furnace with more than 120 Tm per day. In order to achieve this, Vicrila has created its own engineering company Vitech, staffed with top professionals with the twin goals of introducing new processes into new markets, as well as the development of new products and solutions. FUEL OIL 1963 1971 The Fuel oil is used as fuel in the company. The company started the manufacturing of glassware. The Vicrila brand and the environment 1980 The company was bought by Arc. spanish 2009 Arc sold the company to the Spanish Board of Directors. 2014 2015 2015 New manufacturing plant in Mexico. VICRILA announces an opal manufacturing plant in Leioa. VICRILA announces an exciting new partnership with Tableware Solutions. The Green brand symbolizes Vicrila s commitment with the environment and is associated with all the items under the brands Elytium Gold, Hostelvia, Vintia, and Vi&B. SAFETY STEAMLESS FLAME POLISHED STEM No seam between the bowl and stem, ensuring a more enjoyable drinking experience and an aesthetically pleasing glass. Our tempered articles, marked with a characteristic T, offer the following advantages. COMPLETELY TEMPERED / USEFUL LIFE Completely tempered articles. Contrary to certain other articles which only have been tempered around the rim or on the outside, Vicrila s articles have been tempered on the inside and on the outside. Then, order the closest dozen/case pack quantity. Please note that this chart is derived from standard establishment requirements and is representative of the minimum assortment that would be required. This guide should be tailored to meet your individual establishment s needs and the needs of your clientele. As with ceramics, accessory pieces such as decanters or jugs should be considered to compliment the standard settings based on your establishment and service style. Care should be taken to ensure that each glass is in perfect condition and scrupulously clean. To avoid unnecessary breakage Never put cutlery into glasses. Never pick up glasses in clusters. Avoid contact with beer taps. Do not put cold liquids into hot/warm glasses (from the dishwasher) as it can cause cracks. Do not stack glasses that were not designed to stack. Pre-heat glasses for hot drinks by running them under a hot tap. Dishwashing Clean all new glasses before use. Always use non-caustic detergent, as caustic detergents effect heat retention, etch the glass, and give the glass a shadowy tinge. Do not overheat water, as overheated water can bake debris onto glass. Do not wash coffee cups in a glass washing machine, as coffee dregs can taint the water and stain the glasses. This also applies to drinks that contain cream. Discard cracked or chipped glasses immediately.
CARE Do not stack tumblers and glasses that they do not have the capacity to stack. Do not use glassware for storage of flatware Separate glassware, flatware and plates in bus trays. Never pick up glasses in bouquets. Never pour cold liquid into a hot glass, such as one just out of the dishwasher, or hot liquid into cold glass. Never scoop ice with a glass. Use a plastic scoop. Empty ice from a glass before sorting a bus tray, this allows more time for the glass to reach room temperature before washing. Use the correct rack system for tumblers and stems. A divided rack is always recommended. Thermal shock: The result of a rapid temperature change in the glassware which can crack a non-tempered stem.
