Our clubhouse, built in 2012, creates an inviting atmosphere with an impressive view of our 18-hole championship golf course. Complete with fireplace, TVs and sound system, this room is ideal for smaller gatherings of 20-60 people and is rentable in our off season. Whether you choose buffet or barbeque, our newly renovated and fully air-conditioned banquet facility can accommodate 50-160 guests. Our full-service catering staff will assist you with semi-formal to formal dining packages.

General Information Terms & Conditions Menu Your final menu selection along with any dietary restrictions should be confirmed at least 10 days prior to your event. Complying with the Provincial Health regulations, The Links at Spruce Grove will be the sole supplier of food with the exception of wedding cakes / cupcakes; the removal of any unconsumed food from The Links is prohibited. Final numbers of guests are required 3 days prior to your event. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to hold and confirm the date of event. PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. The initial $1500 deposit will be subtracted from the final payment. A valid credit card must be provided at time of deposit. Billing Billing is based on final numbers or number of guests, whichever is greater. A 15% banquet gratuity and 5% gst will be applied to all food invoices. A 15% banquet gratuity and 5% gst will be applied to all bar invoices including toonie ticket, and host bars. PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. Rules & Regulations The Links is not responsible for any damage or loss of property brought in by the event organizer/company and left on the premises before and after the event. Event organizers/company are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. The person signing the contract shall assume all responsibility for the event. All items belonging to the event organizers/company are to be removed following the end of the event. The use of confetti is not permitted. In accordance with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, all alcohol must be purchased through The Links and is not permitted to be removed from The Links Banquet Facility. Last call for alcohol service is midnight. In accordance with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, no outside alcohol is permitted. In accordance with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, The Links staff will refuse service to intoxicated patrons.
