The consistency will be thinner than normally produced. Gradually mix in SUSTAGEN Hospital Neutral until fully combined. Serve.

Remove from heat and gradually whisk in NESTLÉ Crème Brûlèe Dessert Mix until fully combined (approximately 1 minute). Gradually whisk in SUSTAGEN Hospital Neutral until fully combined. Portion into serving dishes and cool. Chill until set. Portion into serving dishes and cool. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Turn out onto serving plates for serving. 6
