Three Nights of Luxury at the Swan at Hay 24th, 25th & 26th December 2017 Arrive on Christmas Eve from 3pm with time to unwind and relax in the afternoon before sitting down to a delicious two course supper served from 6:30pm until 8:30pm. Start with a hearty breakfast on Christmas Morning served from 8am to 10am. A sumptuous 5 course lunch is served from 12 noon with seating available until 3pm. The Afternoon allows time to take a stroll through the town, or perhaps continue the festivities in our Market Bar. A traditional Christmas Buffet served from 7pm to 8:30pm finishes the day, with refreshments available throughout the evening in our lounges or Market Bar. Boxing Day starts with a wholesome breakfast served between 8am to 10am. The Day is yours then to explore the countryside, curl up on our comfy sofas with a hot chocolate or perhaps visit Hereford to take in the pantomime Sleeping Beauty at The Courtyard. A 3 course meal awaits at the end of your day served from 7pm to 9pm. Another filling breakfast is served on the morning of the 27th between 7:30am to 10am to ensure you are ready for the journey home. A 50 per room deposit will be required within 10 days of booking with the balance to be paid on departure. A credit card will be needed to secure the reservation. If you wish to cancel your booking, we require 1 months notice. Cancellations within this time will be charged at the full amount of the stay. Deposits will be refunded for bookings cancelled with more than 1 months notice. Non Residential Offerings Festive Lunch and Dinner Menu With so many people to catch up with, our Festive Lunch and Dinner Menus provide a perfect opportunity to meet up with friends, colleagues or clients in the run up to Christmas. Our Festive Lunch menu is served between Monday Saturday from the 1st December to the 23rd December between 12pm to 2:30pm. We will continue to offer a traditional Sunday lunch throughout December, served from 12pm to 4pm. Our Festive Dinner Menu is available every evening from the 1st December to the 21st December. Christmas Party Nights Join us on either the 16th or 21st December for a Christmas party night to remember in our Coach House Function Room for just 29.50 per person. Meet up at 7pm for a glass of fizz on arrival, followed by a 3 course sit down meal, then dance the night away with entertainment provided by a local DJ. We have a range of drinks packages available to compliment your meal. Once checked into your beautiful room, start to get ready for the delicious evening ahead. Start with a glass of fizz in our Market Bar at 7pm, then sit down at 7:30pm to a delectable 5 course tasting menu in our Garden Room Restaurant. The nights entertainment is provided by renowned local act Mirrorball who do justice to classics from the 50 s all the way through to modern day hits. They will play a number of sets before a DJ takes you into 2018. Our New Years Eve Tasting Menu is available to non-residents priced at 65 per person to include entry into the entertainment. Alternatively, non-residents are welcome to join us purely for the evening entertainment from 9:30pm for just 7.50 entry. To reserve New Years Eve dinner, a 25 per person deposit will be required within 10 days of booking, with full payment made 2 weeks in advance. Terms And Conditions Booking Responsibilities It is the responsibility of the person placing the booking to check that the booking confirmation letter details the Christmas package and costs as per expectations of their group. It is the responsibility of the person placing the booking to ensure that all members of their party are aware of these terms and conditions and agree to them. The Swan at Hay cannot accept responsibility for any booking selection made in error by the person booking the party night. Confirmation Of Booking Once a provisional booking is made, either verbally or by email, a non-refundable, non- transferable deposit will be required within 10 days in order to secure the booking. Please see specific events for details of amounts required. If a deposit is not received within 10 days, the space will be released without prior notice from The Swan.
