Records of the office of New Orleans architects J. Buchanan Blitch and Associates, Incorporated (James Buchanan Blitch, (1923-1998). Active during the mid-20 th century, J. Buchanan Blitch and Associates executed public and institutional commissions in Louisiana and Mississippi, including many buildings for the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Drawings are from 1913 through the 1970s, and do not include records of successor firms Blitch Architects, Incorporated, or Blitch-Knevel Architects.
