Terms and Conditions: Booking confirmation is required within 14 days with a 20 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. All contracted events will have a minimum number. We reserve the right to move events, rooms or cancel events, alter prices and menu content. The organiser is responsible for collecting and making payments, no later than four weeks prior to the event. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation payments cannot be used towards other items. Groups of 10 or more may be seated on more than one table. Parties of less than 10 may be seated with another party. Under 18s are not permitted at evening events. Pre-booked beverages must be paid for in advance. Management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol. Only food and beverage purchased on the premises may be consumed. All menus must be pre-ordered three weeks in advance. Should menu choices not be provided prior to this date, De Vere Wokefield Estate reserves the right to choose your menu for you and your party. For Christmas Day and New Year s Eve reservations, the remaining balance will automatically be deducted from the same card provided on paying the deposit. It is the client s responsibility to contact us with new card details prior to 1st December 2017, should you wish to pay the remaining balance with a different card.
