6 Food Station Options A great addition to any celebration Sangria Bar - $6 per person (minimum of 50 guests) Arrival Sangria station set up for your arrival drinks on the balcony Seafood & Oyster Station - $15 per person Moda Seafood Station includes a live Chef, serving and preparing in front of your guests the freshest selection of seafood. Paella or Risotto Station- $12 per person Traditional Spanish rice dish or Classic Risotto dish served at alive station for your guests Moda Cheese Station - $12 per person A fine selection of local and imported cheeses, crackers, grissini bread sticks and accompaniments. Moda s Signature Supper Station - $18 per person Designed to be offered when the night is getting on as late night snack. Choose 3 savory and 1 sweet option to be served on a station from the following: Mini hot dogs, Welsh rarebit, Jamon and manchego toasties, charred corn with salsa verde, churros with chocolate sauce, miniature fish tacos, marshmallow drops, honeycomb pieces. Petit Sweet Stations - $12 per person A delicious selection of mini ice creams, assorted macaroons, mini quay lemon and lime pie, chocolate and caramel tart, salted toffee popcorn, double chocolate brownies and mini mint baked cheese cake.
